They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.

The Doctor was just opening an office and lack some of the full service features I would've expected like sedation extracts and routine service for the implants. The main stumbling point for me was price. The office doesn't accept insurance which would've covered extraction and some of the cost or dentures. After about 3 months of research I was ready to move forward. By this point I had 100 question to discuss with the Doctor. . The first warning sign was when the receptionists didn't return my calls. When I did get through I explained I was ready to move forward but I'd like to meet with the dentist to go over my concerns. I was told a second visit was allowed and that a second consult was never allowed. The receptionist said here's the price no visit. . All I could say was never mind. As a consumer there are many choices available. Find a provider who will work you and can provide all the services you and can advantage of your insurance as well.

What's crazy is I was supposed to get a free revision and their office tried to charge me for an office visit for that revision. I was so upset about that. I said you know what never mind don't even help me... they realized they rubbed me the wrong way and said that they were willing to "waive" the fee.
