They only charged me an inspection fee for coming out to look at it. Then 7/2026 our AC in the unit wasn't getting cold. The repair person (Rick) found some insulation inside the unit wasn't getting cold blocking the fan and it was also low on refrigerant. I signed up for their twice a year service where they come out in the spring and fall to clean, check, and tune up the unit. That also gave me a discount on the service I'd just received! I can highly recommend their services not only for their quality and professionalism, but also the value!

NONE of those HVAC companies would come out on the weekend, and could not schedule before Tuesday -- a 4 day wait! TRON'S answered their phone right away, and a very nice lady said a tech could be at my home within 3-4 hours. He would assess, if repairable could fix it or if needing replacement have a quote by Monday. He was ON TIME, quickly determined a part needed replacement, gave me a reasonable quote and did the repair within 30 minutes.
