However, I have always left feeling that perhaps I had paid too much for their services. I recently took an already framed print in to have the print itself reseated in the frame and matting as it had come loose and was cockeyed. The young man working the shop that day quoted me a price of about $53 to open the paper backing of the frame, reset the print, and reseal the frame. I found this to be a bit excessive and asked for a further breakdown of the cost. Unable to answer acceptably, he only responded that this was their "standard charge" for that job on a print of that size (approximately 34"x24"). I declined to have them do the job. I checked with another framing shop in the local area... their price was $15 for the same job! Bottom line, The Framery gets an A for quality of work and customer service but an F for cost. I'll be sure to use my newly found framery shop for my future needs as their work is equally good and their customer service is outstanding.

They were having a mega framing sale, so I jumped on it! The project took 2-weeks to complete and when I got the pieces back, I was beyond thrilled! This store is always so helpful and organized. It's the closest thing to a party store in town also. I love when they have sales on their seasonal items.

The website shows 15 in stock. That aisle has been partitioned for Christmas ware so it was moved to make room for seasonal items. It was indeed moved. I found the item, all 15 of them, doing his job for him. 1). Do not become confrontational with a customer. 2). Let a customer finish speaking. 3). Don't be snarky with a customer. 4). Do your j-o-b. It's simple, especially when there less people in your store than bottles of snow-Tex on a shelf IN AISLE FIFTY SEVEN. Maybe he'll know where when if he bothers to read Yelp reviews about his own store to help improve customer service. Not my job to tell him. And 5). ? Some advice: You're there to help the customer. We make YOUR job happen. Retail isn't for everyone, but there are jobs where you can be far in the back of a warehouse and don't have to deal with the public. Just a thought.

Then they had 50% off their Halloween, there was Halloween lanterns and with the 50% sign their mixed was a fall lantern. I picked it up thinking it's 50% too and the cashiers like no it's only Halloween well it shouldn't be with the 50% off. There is miss pricing all over the store. I was very disappointed, and that will be the last time I visit that store and the clerk got attitude because I was pointing things out.

One window frame and the garage backdoor frame had to be completely reconstructed. Mr. Rogers Windows (another great company) Installers installed new windows and the rear garage door. Their installers claimed the DB Construction repairmen had done such a good job with the window / door framing, that their installation was a breeze. You deal directly with Deanna, the company President, as your Project Manager. She followed-up on every stage of the project. A wonderful person to do business with. Her teams were very courteous and professional; ensuring we knew what each step was and when it would be accomplished. The job included new framing, new drywall, and new sparkle on the drywall. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'll be calling Deanna for our next project.

After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did.
