I had a complete electrical shutdown on a Sunday afternoon heading to Scout camp in Clayton Ga. AAA was able to find a driver to tow me to Duvall. Almost immediately, the service people diagnosed the problem as the battery. I was prepared for a massively expensive alternator replacement or some such, but they said that wasn't necessary. On top of that, due to COVID-19 regulations, I could not leave camp to retrieve the vehicle, but the service department scrambled 2 people to deliver the car to me. By the way, they decided to not let me pay for the special delivery, just the battery. Wow! These guys are really incredible!! Thanks to Arthur and crew!!!

They told me they didnt have it and that I would have to buy my own key lug from the car at an auto parts store. Well seems you cant do that. You have to get it through car manufactor. What if I had a flat on the interstate? I would have been stranded not knowing I need a key to remove the lugs. I am pretty upset with these people.
