They told me they didnt have it and that I would have to buy my own key lug from the car at an auto parts store. Well seems you cant do that. You have to get it through car manufactor. What if I had a flat on the interstate? I would have been stranded not knowing I need a key to remove the lugs. I am pretty upset with these people. I enjoy my car but I should have been informed that I needed a key for my lugs. This is just outright bad business! Shame on you!

They completed my road trip package oil change and even applied a military discount, which I truly appreciated.
