We bought two cars off of them and couldn't be happier! Great place to shop for quality cars.

BUYERS BEWARE…read more Please let this serve as a testimonial as to my experience dealing with Omid Sayed. Mr. Sayed is a Salesman for Four Star Auto Exchange, 3439 Walnut St Harrisburg PA 17109. His customer service skills are horrible and his Morals are highly questionable. Recently I contacted Mr. Sayed about purchasing a truck. After messaging about the vehicle most of the morning we setup a time for me to come see the truck. I clearly stated when I would arrive and he stated he would be there to meet me. I arrived on time with cash in hand but Mr. Sayed was no where to be found. I messaged him that I was there and he replied that I should go ahead and check out the truck. I went in and asked if I could look at the truck from another salesman. Unfortunately the keys could not be found. As it turns out Mr. Sayed had the keys with him. After checking the truck out as much as I could from the outside I waited for Mr. Sayed to arrive. After an hour and a half of being there, the other salesman finally called him. He put me on the phone with Mr. Sayed. He stated that he got confused about when I would be coming in and was already home. I said "I messaged you I was here about an hour ago". He then said he couldn't come back because he had a family thing and then said he couldn't get back before the dealership closed because of traffic. Mind you the dealership was still going to be open for about another 2 hours. He then asked if I could come back tomorrow to see the truck. I said " since that is the only choice I have I guess I'll have to" he then asked "what time could you be there because the truck is first come first serve". I said I can be there whatever time he is going to be available. He told me the dealership opens at 10 but 11 am would be a good time. We then agreed to meet at 11 for me to finally drive the truck. Later I messaged him and said that I could be there at 10 am when the dealership opens to see the truck if it was easier for him and so no one else comes in before me. Around 8 that night I receive a message from Mr. Sayed saying that he apologizes but he has sold the truck for $300 more than the asking price. I found this very upsetting because he somehow sold the truck after the dealership was closed but couldn't be bothered to come to the dealership when it was open to sell the truck to me at the prearranged and agreed upon time. So not only is Mr. Sayed's customer service skills very lacking he also exhibited questionable morals in the way he dealt with me. Not only did he waste 2.5 hours of my time, the way he handled the situation after that was atrocious. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from dealing with him and a company that would employ someone like this.

I spent a lot of time researching for my first car I was going to get with payments attached. I was…read moreso excited to have a car with power windows for once. After researching I found that a Mazda3 would be my best option. With terrible credit at the time I was pretty short on financing options, but I decided to give Manheim Car King a try. I test drove a blue mazda3 and when home to deliberate. When I came back the dealer convinced me it was this grey one i was driving, I swear it wasnt. But after much questioning and some cocky guy in the office figuring out my financing and up selling me the shittiest warranty ever, I dropped $2000 on a down payment and drove off the lot. ONE week later, I heard a knocking. It got louder and louder, I took it to a mechanic and when I told them I just bought the car they told me to turn right around and go back - the engine is shot. Honestly, if I knew a little more about cars I wouldn't have bought a Mazda3 with a hitch on the back installed as this is not a towing car, but I digress. I took it back and they refused to help me. Refused to trade in or return. After screaming in showroom and telling them I would smear their name all over the internet they said I was "one tough cookie" and decided to pay for half my repair. Still cost me little over $800. 3 years later I have replaced the normal wear and tare, on top of a new TRANSMISSION, ENGINE, CLUTCH, STARTER, and the A/C doesn't work anymore. To name only the main things. I thought I was getting a great deal at $6000 - but with interest and repairs I have spent more then I would care to admit on this piece of shit and refuse to do anymore. I am now looking for a new car - and my advice to all of you is to not only research the cars you want, but the place you are getting it from. DO NOT go to a place that gets their cars from auctions if you can afford. Its a crap shoot and I'm terrible at gambling. The only thing this place did for me was get me a high interest rate loan that then repaired my credit a bit so I can now trade this hunk in. I still owe on the loan - but its so bad I'd rather cut my losses and be done with it.

They have two lots, and when I was interested in a car at the Manheim location, they brought it up to Harrisburg for me to test drive the next day. I drove off the lot in a beautiful low mileage used Audi. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership treated me with respect and I felt they were honest and truly helpful- sort of the opposite of the stereotype of used car salesman. They earned my loyalty and my praise, so I wanted to recommend them to others. These are good guys who really want to put you in the right car for a decent price.
