Their efforts kept me abreast of my repairs, estimate and a warranty claim they efficiently handled. Their client lounge was quiet and comfortable with everything including coffee and wifi! The service tech treated my car with great care and took care of the work within the estimated time. The crowning touch was a wash and vacuum before giving me the keys. I was very impressed! Purchased my '23 Nissan Pathfinder in March of '24 from Faulkner Nissan Mechanicsburg. Wasn't overly happy with the team I purchased from... Have free oil changes for I'm not sure how long. But have gone 3 x since March '24. I have never been satisfied at all on these three trips. I drive almost an hour ...which I do not think I will continue to do so. Today put me over the edge. I had a scheduled 10:30am appointment. I arrived promptly at 10:30. I was told it would be an hour and it should be ready by 11:30. I asked if it included a car wash and vacuum and they assured me that it did. Though they said only the front carpets get vacuumed...seems odd to me..but ok. My car was not finished the oil change/tire rotation until noon!!!!! An hour and a half for what most places can do in less than 30 min. They did not do the car wash or vacuum because they were short handed. They said I could wait longer but not sure when it would get done. This is unacceptable. They had a list of routine things that they suggested that I get done. I said no thank you I will take it to my mechanic. I honestly think I was treated differently after I refused those extra items. I think the car was ready then...but they made me wait longer because I didn't add those to my bill. There were two ladies at the service counter...one was friendly the other not at all. I did not feel like customer satisfaction was at all a priority. I will NOT be back. I tried returning thinking it must get better with the next visit...but it never has!! I did meet with an Isaac in sales who was wonderful. He showed me two Armadas and sadly even if there was one I liked there...I will NEVER purchase from Faulkner anything ever again. Just a friendly reminder to stay away from the joke of a company, Faulkner Nissan of Mechanicsburg. Their sales and financial reps are not only incompetent and untrustworthy, but I have heard that they are allegedly incontinent too! I don't want anyone to experience what I went through with them when buying a car. I was billed for almost TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for normal wear and tear on a lease vehicle. A vehicle that I had been paying extra for during the lease to cover these specific costs. They never ansered any of my emails or returned any of my calls. Then they called collections. I was furious.. I had to get a hold of the leasing HQ to figure it out and they helped take off some of the fees that the sales guy should have done in the first place. I'm happy to say that I have successfully deterred quite a few families, friends and friends of friends and their families to never work with this sad excuse of a dealership, or shall I say STEALERSHIP! I got my tires replaced and an alignment done earlier in the month, but recently noticed a grinding feeling on the floor of the drivers side when I turn my steering wheel. I called and asked if they could look at this and that it could be related to the work they did. The lady on the phone, Shelly, was saying that this probably is not related to what their mechanics did and that I would have to pay $100 just for them to look at it. How are you so money hungry and rude to not even look at it. I'm not risking $100 for something that may be your fault and that you probably wouldn't admit to even if you did find it was related to your work. Not happy with the service. Then they are going to tell me I need to pay another $500 for parts when I get there too. No thanks! Going somewhere else from now on. read more

When Faulkner bought out Brenner I was devastated as they were my go to place for every Nissan I have ever bought. I traveled to 12 different Nissan dealers between here to DC. I was reluctant to give Faulkner a shot and they are only 2 mins away. I finally stopped in to see what they had to offer and I am glad that I did ! I recommend to all who are looking for a certified used vehicle NOT to consider Faulkner Nissan in Mechanicsburg, PA. My wife and I have been leasing and buying cars for more than two decades. We have never, ever encountered such a lack of professionalism as we had with Faulkner. We offered to purchase a certifed used vehicle from them in CASH at full asking price. We were told there was only one key fob. We asked if they could include an additional key fob. We were told that would be an added expense. Since we were paying full price and in cash, we had also asked if they could deliver the car as part of the purchase (we were 124 miles away). They claimed they had to add that expense to the purchase price. Nevertheless, we proceeded with the purchase and delivery of vehicle. When we received the 2020 Nissan Kicks with 20K miles, we had discovered the AC not working (how could a certified pre-used vehicle have a non-functioning air conditioning system??). I had contacted the sales person first asking him if this was a good time to discuss this issue with the AC. He abruptly replied that he had only a minute, that he was going to an appointment. I told him of the problem with the AC and asked him if its repair was covered under the original warranty. Completely indifferent with our dilemma, he said it's most likely covered. At that point, my patience had been exhausted. I told him that I'm not comfortable excepting the vehicle at that time and will be returning the car. He casually said, go ahead and return it, without any apology or offer of resolvement. I was flabergasted and ended the call by saying, "have a good appointment". This story has a good ending since my wife and I were able to purchase a brand new 2022 Nissan Kicks at a far more friendly and courteous Nissan dealership, Abeloff of Bartonsville, PA. Stopped by this dealer yesterday to be greeted at the door by "Branden". Yes, a greet at the door was really nice. After a short meeting at his desk, we went for a test drive. My concern was hauling a travel trailer with a 3.5 L Pathfinder. He has set up another drive WITH a trailer so we can see what it can do. Wow! We are not from the area, but if I decide on a purchase, and the Pathfinder fits the hauling requirement, and they have the right price, I'm in with them.
