I was pleasantly surprised to walk in the office that was so spa-like. Great customer service and they get things done for you. I had some legwork to do prior to getting my car reregistered. Customer Service and speed is 5 star. Only down fall is that is it very expensive. If you are in a pinch it is worth it but if you have time to mail in your registration or do it online, you could save yourself $60. read more

The process fire my registration was very easy. I had to get the smog done but it took me a few months to finally get everything fixed to pass smog. I called ahead of time but the lady who was working was very busy. She told me she would call me right back with the info I needed. She did call back after 10 minutes and told me my registration would be ready by the time I picked it up. When I arrived, the line was short and my registration was all printed out for me to pick up. Do not go here! I use to go here all the time for all my cars. But now they try to overcharge you. They messed up on my registration and I had to go back to fix their mistake. Then they tried to shred my old receipt thinking I wouldn't notice the new charges . I told I needed my current and old receipt. Seems like the new owners are just trying to get over on people. Why I gave this place 3 stars, quick, helpful and they're actually willing to help you out. My family's been coming here for years and recommended it to me. There was one girl in there who I guess was having a bad day, she handed me a paper with a lot of lines to fill out and said "fill out the lines". Ummm, ok which lines, she said fill out the lines two to three times before I said, hey they're labeled so which ones. I went here to register my car and was treated very poorly. Right off the bat the first girl I spoke to spoke to me like I was an idiot for asking what was needed to register my car. She snidely responded, " your registration". When I advised her it was an out of state registration the 2nd girl piped in, oh, it's out of state, like it was a huge inconvenience for them. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't give me any idea of what cost would be and I'd have to come back when another girl was there to run my VIN. Needless to say, I went to a place down the road and they answered all my questions and were able to give me estimates on what it would cost. read more

Deein and all of her employees are so helpful! You walk In to an ambience not seen anywhere else in the industry. Melissa is the one who helped me and she was very knowledgeable. Why go to the dmv and wait all day when you can stop by McKee's for a quick registration renewal! They are pet friendly and have the cutest little poodle behind the counter relaxing as the woman work throughout the day. Wish I could give zero stars. Called before I headed over and asked how much for a print out of my registration and they advised $29 dollars. When I show up the girl helping me with a bad attitude says its $49. Don't waste your time here!! I would rather sit at a DMV with all the crazy people than come to this place. read more

Very fast and professional. Tried to overcharge me but took the charges off when I questioned them about it. Conveniently located and always parking nearby. You will pay more than at the DMV. But they go to the DMV for you. If you have ever been to the DMV you know it is awful and it is great that this place helps out with that. Expect a line sometimes. Best place for all DMV issues!! We always take our renewals to McKees, they make it so easy. I recently had to help my parents with a state to state transfer of a title and the staff there was so helpful and knowledgeable, we were able to ask questions and get answers, it gave my parents a piece of mind the DMV cannot provide. If you have a complicated renewal or transfer these people have the answers your looking for!! I recommend them highly!! read more

Paid their fee to go to the DMV for us to let the DMV know that the vehicle is sold and not in our possession any longer. Now we get notices from the DMV for back registration fees. We just called them and they said ignore the notices. We could have just ignored the notices and not paid the fee. Doesn't make sense??? read more

I have been going round and round with this McKee's Auto Registration!!! I paid all my fees upfront & I turned in the required paperwork to get my permit last week. I was told to come back the next day on a Friday to pick up my 30 day permit. I explained that I would not be able to come on Friday so..... the lady said to have a family member pickup Friday or Sat. or to just come in on Tuesday since Mon. was a holiday. I just went to pickup today (Tuesday) and the permit was not there. Shouldn't it of been there already since they said to pickup when ever Fri. or Saturday! The girl behind the counter said that Bridget was with the technician and will be back in 45 min. Guaranteed 100% So I waited with my son who drove me. An hour later I went back and had my son go in and again the girl behind the counter said that Bridget has not returned. My son said that he asked, when will Bridget be here and the girl behind the counter said it depends! So my son asked if she could call Bridget and find out. She said Bridget wont answer if she's with a technician but i'll try. After the girl spoke with Bridget there was no ETA given. I'm so tiered of going back and forth to McKee's Auto Registration and the lack of service especially from girl behind the counter. The last Point and the Main Point is that, I didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience or nothing! It always seem like I'n interrupting them. That my business with them is not important! read more
