Don't believe their promises on their website or their administrative staff over email. 1 - their website is full of lies and 2- anything you communicate with the company over email somehow never translates to action with the cleaners who visit your house. Also it seems they are changing/ updating their info on BBB to prevent complaints/ reviews from being visible. Specifics of why this is a horrible sham company and I regret ever reaching out to them: They send a different staff person every time, even when you ask them to send the same person, and each person does things differently. If you have special instructions of any kind (which they request you document in your forms), that information will not get to their staff when they clean your house. Anything you communicate to the company over email basically goes in one ear and out the other. Shoe policies - a cleaning company should have a specific shoe policy like not wearing outdoor shoes inside or using shoe covers. I talked to every staff person who came to our house about this, as they all did things differently. I communicated about this over email multiple times, the company says one thing and it means nothing in practice. I live in a no shoes house, so the idea of someone coming in here, especially to clean, bringing Philly nasty germs into my house is disgusting. It's beyond absurd that this was a constant issue from day 1 of dealing with them. They are not able to keep track of your agreements and schedule. I planned an end of the month monthly cleaning, and because I changed the March date to April 1st, they neglected to schedule an end of April cleaning. This resulted in my dealing with their low comprehension level and having to spell out what should have been their responsibility to keep track of. Last but far from least - the last person to come in here, I did not speak to about the vacuum situation - another lie. On their site they say provide your own vacuum. I did, and one that is specifically safe for wood floors. Each cleaning person brings their own vacuum so with each cleaning person I had to talk to them about the wood floors. The last person who came I did not review this aspect, as I have stuff to do and guiding someone through my house every month is not how I should have to spend my time when hiring a cleaning company. That was a mistake, as this person scratched the ever loving heck out of my floors resulting in permanent damage and will require floor refinishing. I immediately contacted the company and they said they would bring it to higher ups, basically just ghosted me. Who knows if they actually have insurance, but they wont be using it to resolve any damage to your property they incur.

This is a long-overdue review for the man who made our townhouse renovation turn out to be the high…read morequality product we envisioned. Warren was on-site working every day on our renovation for at least two months. During that time, he put up crown moulding, installed wainscoting, installed a custom-built cherry dressing room, a panelled powder room and, most complicated of all, a custom-built and very complicated mahogany library. Warren is careful and thoughtful in his work. Very often he will suggest alternative ways to accomplish your project that are better than what you thought was possible. He is helpful to all other workers in the vicinity, always quick to lend a hand or a suggestion to someone who needs help. In a house full of workmen, Warren quickly became the go-to guy everyone would ask for advice or assistance, because he was clearly the best, most talented workman in the house. But beyond this, Warren is simply a really nice guy. He is a pleasure to have around. Very easy going with a gentle sense of humor, and respectful and sensitive to what you say (and what you don't say). If we could have done the entire renovation using only Warren, we would have, happily. Of course, that wouldn't have been possible, but if there was anything we could have Warren do, he was always the first one we asked. As with any renovation, we had problems that various people caused us. A lot of the custom wood pieces that Kane delivered to us were cut wrong or didn't work for whatever reason. Long after I stopped speaking to some of these people, Warren maintained a cordial relationship with them and extracted the maximum amount of help he could in order to keep the project moving along. I could go on at length, but suffice it to say Warren is a solid human being, an extraordinarily talented finish carpenter, and a positive, unifying force with his co-workers. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you have carpentry work that needs to be done right the first time, no matter how difficult, this is the man to call.

Warren Yeager never arrived, he never even called, left messages etc. Not only did he inconvenience us by causing us to leave church early, he also caused us to prolong our search for a reputable contractor. I have found that, a persons "word" is a great indicator of ones integrity, work ethic etc. I guess i'm glad we learned of his character this way, instead of in such a way as; not completing the job, or doing a shoddy job, or mishandling our project. His work looks good on his website, but then again so does most contractors. We as consumers try to make wise decisions, - and I as a grad of the University of Penn like to think I have a fighting chance of doing so- but it is becoming increasingly difficult to do so as businesses have the advantage of spending heavily on "marketing" in order to present themselves in the best light. We try to search for reviews, however, that too can be deceptive as businesses themselves can post their own favorable remarks about themselves. In the end, we do our best by checking licenses, and try to get a feel for the people we are dealing with. Mr. Yeager has shown the propensity to be dishonest at worst, and disorganized at best. I hope this review will help any subsequent potential customers in going fourth in the arduous task of hiring the right contractor.
