So if you have a question, it's easiest to ask them when you're there. 2) Parents aren't supposed to go into the gym to watch their kid's practice (there are mixed messages about this: sometimes this is enforced, sometimes not enforced, and other times I have been told I can go in). I asked the staff about it, and they went above and beyond to verify the authenticity of their string and provided proof. Extensive resistance weight areas including,2 free weight areas and one machine area...all state of the art. Treadmill,elliptical, rowing, and stepping machines, in copious amounts. Small benches were around each court for sitting and putting the stuff. All of the 9 courts were busy at that time, so there were over 30 players in the open play. We shared courts with others players while playing for almost 2 hours. Everyone used plastic birdies here. I was the only one using feather birdies. The staff member was friendly. He gave us bunch of info over the phone when we called. He assisted us with the sign up process as well.
