Frustrated, I went to another stringing place, and immediately noticed that their BG65 string looked visibly different. I asked the staff about it, and they went above and beyond to verify the authenticity of their string and provided proof. Although they couldn't comment directly on Vistara's string, it was clear from comparison that the Vistara string was a fake and very poor quality. Attaching a photo of the real string for reference. I have not played at this facility myself. Two negatives: 1) I don't think they ever answer the phone, and even when communicating by email it can take a few days to get a response. So if you have a question, it's easiest to ask them when you're there. 2) Parents aren't supposed to go into the gym to watch their kid's practice (there are mixed messages about this: sometimes this is enforced, sometimes not enforced, and other times I have been told I can go in). I would prefer to be able to watch.

She told me to go to the other basketball court which had about a hundred people. The locker rooms were ok.
