How…read moredoes Yelp give a company 4.5 stars when they have 19 out of 20 reviews (15 are hidden for no reason) are 5 stars and 1 is 3 stars. Even the one that gave 3 stars gave a glowing review, just read it. My experience last June 2020 was initially frustrating as a new driver attempted to turn around in our driveway which is steep and put a small gouge in it. Within hours a "technician" named Mark showed up to assess the damage and recommend a resolution. He was very apologetic and eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. Within the week after painstaking hours of work the gouge was fixed and two sizable cracks to boot. I tried to give him and his helper a tip and he said no thank you. What I didn't realize until later is that Mark is the owner of MD Trash. I was very humbled that he did that. Especially after seeing him work for hours down on his hands and knees repairing cracks in my driveway that weren't even his responsibility. I tried to pay for both cracks but he only allowed me to pay him for one of them. He never even told me he was the owner, he was only intent on fixing the issue and making a customer happy. We moved to Bedford, NH 4 1/2 years ago and this has been the best customer service experience we've had the whole time we've been here. Heck, it's in the top 3 best customer service experiences I've had my whole life.

I called Broco at 5:30 pm ( their office goes home at 5). At 5:30 I got a call back from Tom. The next morning I got set up and Ted came over and fixed everything. I also had contact with 3 others in the company that day. Broco is a local veteran owned company. They answer their phones and are ready to help. I am so pleased to be a customer of Broco, they are fantastic. After they placed the tanks and filled them my fill up was more than a dollar less per gallon than my old company. I called them and they sent a tech, who showed me how to reset, it was the actual the flashing light you had to press and hold for 10 seconds to reset, my old pump had a clear button on the side. they charged me 350 more for the visit. The pump never worked properly. The entire winter it kept shutting off every few days, eventually getting worse until it was shutting off every day. I called them again, they claimed it was the controller that was malfunctioning but they never changed that, which was a lie, it was attached to the pump and totally different from my old one, which had the button on the side, I had to pay them 350 for a tech to show me how to reset this new controller. He claimed it was irrelevant since it should still be under warranty. 3 months later I got a bill for 850 for changing the controller. I called and explained and they said they would get back to me. They never did. Instead they paid my service bill with money I paid for oil delivery, then sent me a bill for the same amount for oil delivery. all oil deliveries were paid in full the day after delivery. It's a lie and scam to get me to pay for a junk pump. When I try and call they hang up on me.

I chose Arrow as they were competitive in pricing, are local, and were willing to work with my schedule. They listened to for what I was looking to use the dumpster and clearly noted to me what they can and can't take. With multiple sizes to choose from, I went with a 15 yard dumpster, to be delivered the next day. They took great care in where they placed the dumpster. I asked to have it placed on my lawn, off the top side of my driveway. The driver took great care to minimize any possible damage to the lawn. He explained everything he was planning to do, making sure I was in complete agreement. He placed boards under the rollers so as to not dig up the lawn, lowering the unit foot by foot, then inch by inch. Three days later, when my clean out was complete, I called to have it picked up the next day, maybe 75% full. I told Arrow I would not be home as I was playing in a golf tournament, which was no problem as long as they had free access to the dumpster. I came home mid-afternoon that next day and the dumpster was gone. And the winner is that I could barely tell there was a dumpster on my lawn. Barely any markings. Superb job!!!!! If you have the need for a dumpster rental, I would whole heartedly recommend Arrow Container. In fact I might have another need for a dumpster rental later in the year and will call Arrow.

I used this company to clean a septic line to an old septic tank which we use for grey water…read moredisposal. They charged me $475 for 3.5 hr. work but were unable to clear the line or locate the tank. I had another contractor come in and locate the tank then had it pumped out and had them return and they were able to clear the line. This time the bill was also $475 for 2 hrs. work. Given that both bills only had a generic description of the work and was not itemized, I questioned the 2nd bill. When i did they gave me the following breakdown. They charge $350 minimum for 2 hours of their water jetting services and another $125 if they use their camera to inspect the line. Customers should be aware of this billing schedule as they do not itemize it on the bill.
