Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.

I called to get an update and was told Joe was just finishing things up and I would get a call back when the paperwork was completed with the total cost of the work plus the inspection. When I did receive the amt I was shocked in a GOOD WAY! It was unbelievably reasonable! I am very familiar with Lakeview since I bought my car there years ago under prior ownership. I can own one?" That was the beginning of the dream come true. Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. (And I thought I wanted a golf cart!...this is so much more fun :) I'm so lucky to be a Model T owner that when I ride along the road, everyone smiles... but their smile is not bigger than mine!! I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
