I've struggled with periodontal disease my whole adult life and I've been to many periodontists over the years but I have never received such good service. She compared the patient-periodontist relationship to a marriage- you have to choose someone that's going to be there, listen to you, and is familiar with all of your particular issues. I couldn't agree more! At the end of my appointment the office manager even came by and asked if I was happy! I went to Dr. Sanger for a second opinion (which was free by the way!). She ended up recommending the same treatment as my main dentist but I'm having the treatment done at her office because I feel like she has my interests at heart. The cost of treatment was about the same as other places I've been to. I know some people on here have complained about cost... but it's expensive everywhere.

From beginning to end with received outstanding customer service. The waiting area is very classy and comfortable. The wait was not too long and paperwork was quick and easy. Once in they actually listened to my parent's complaint and with their knowledge and experience they were able to give us an answer and how to go about it. I am OLD and been through many dentist in my life, so I was ready for more bad treatment, more horrible pain, and suffering after I got home. I G O T N O N E O F T H A T!! I feel cheated!! All that worry for nothing!! NO Grumpy front desk, No snobby back room help, NO Dentist in a HURRY and NO, WE don't care about YOU!!! What the heck! Front desk absolutely made me feel welcome and calm. Gave me the clipboard to fill out typical documentation. They were helpful with insurance questions. It was so easy!! How could that be!! Never happened before!! NEVER in my 75 years of being on this planet have I had a dentist visit so actually enjoyable!! I will move on to the Dentist himself. His demeanor was so calm that it took my anxiety and threw it out the window. He had me feeling like I knew everything was going to be alright.......and it WAS!! I knew I was getting a Root Canal, and everything I ever heard about that is that it was gonna be really painful!! I want you to know, I felt absolutely NO PAIN AT ALL!! It didnt take hours, it was pretty quick actually. After it was over all I could think was WOW!!! My heart rate only went up 2 beats per minute (yes I checked my watch!) Thats nothing! I have another Root Canal coming up soon, and I am not stressed at all! I am ready. This Dentist KNOWS what he is doing!! I believe the tech that helped the dentist with my procedure this time was Emily! She was so kind and calm. She kept me focused so I wouldn't worry. She did a great job. I was nervous today as I've had nothing but bad to terrible experiences with dental visits most recently, in the past several years and as a child. He…read moredefinitely makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel like you're just there to hand over your money. He takes his time with every patient and is very detailed. I've had other dentists rush through my visit and not explain things to me, but Dr. Ha answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I was really scared to get a root canal but Dr. Ha helped me get through it. I'm definitely going back to Dr. Ha for future visits!

He's extremely personable and relaxed, makes me feel at ease and never pressures me into any treatment plan.
