Most excellent service! Dr. Park is exceptionally skilled, and is always working with his staff to explain tricky or unusual situations to increase their already competent skills. His staff is considerate and well-informed. The hygienist is very gentle and knowledgable. Not a good experience. I go to Dr Park for a broken front tooth. As usual, I get poor customer service at the front office. Dr Park had a temporary denture made. I paid in advanced. Returned later to have it put in. It didn't even come close to fitting. I couldn't talk or close my mouth. Dr Parks STUPID suggestion was, "Just take it out when you want to talk ".He wasn't too interested in solving my problem. I got up and walked out and I told him to keep it. $850 was the cost for wasting my time. read more

The entire office is professional yet very personable. The quality of work that they do is amazing. Dr Park knows his stuff! I am a difficult patient, always having problems with my small mouth aka gagging. I never have that problem here because of Dr Park himself and how he also instructs his staff. Dr. Park has been my dentist for an incredibly long time. I've gone through many x-rays, cleanings, and procedures with him and his staff and have never experienced anything but warm and professional services. Over the years, they have (luckily!) accept my insurances as they changed a few times. They will gladly check to see if your insurance covers any procedure and let you know your out of pocket expense. I trust Dr. Park with my pearly whites...I even trusted him when he drilled my tooth with NO anesthesia!! Painless. All the hygienists are light-handed and remember what you spoke about last even though they only see you twice a year. 10/10 will return! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Park for care of my chompers since 2008. I have yet to have a single bad experience with anyone in his office. Robin, his office manager, is always has a welcoming smile and has remembered me since the first time I came. That same fact is true of the other staff. His dental assistants remember my name, my daughter, and ask how everyone is doing. Aside from being a pleasant environment. Dr. Park is incredibly skilled and has an excellent bedside manner. He removed my wisdom teeth using just a local and I felt zero pain and I'm not one of those tough it out types. My experience with the extractions was significantly better than most others I know, even those who were unconscious for the procedure. I had little pain after and no complications. I've had a couple fillings and they have also been as pleasant an experience as I could ask for. Simply better than any dentist I've had before. Although, you might assume that to be true since I've stuck with him for a decade. His hygienists are also friendly, gentle, and effective. I hated going to the dentist before I found Dr. Park's office. I can't say I look forward to the dentist, that would be just wrong, but I don't hate it at all. read more

I hadn't been to the dentist since we moved and then COVID happened. So a huge filling decided to fall out and another dentist said there was no hope and wanted to extract my tooth. They sent me to the oral surgeon because this procedure was "beyond their scope" and when it was all said and done, I would need to pay $3000 for the extraction plus implant. I decided to get a second opinion even though I was already feeling awful about the whole thing. Dr Park looked at the xrays and looked at my tooth and said that it would need a root canal. I was shocked! And that actually sounded good considering what my other option was. So I went in for part 1 of the root canal and it seriously was the best dental visit I've ever had. The actual drilling part was super quick and to top it off, the whole side of my mouth was not even numb when I left. You know how you leave the dentist and you're talking funny for hours afterwards? Nope! Not this time. His staff are super caring too and have worked with my dental anxiety. I already set up my husband with a new patient visit. read more

Dr.Parks and his staff are the best!! all our family have been seen in his office multiple times. He has done all the work on all my kids my 2 and 3 year old love him and they love the treasure box, after there visit if they behave the get to Choose a toy. The gal who took my x-rays is a true gem!, seriously she made me feel so calm and she reassured me I was in good care. She was professional,kindhearted, and very down to earth and it's hard to find people who can carry that personality when it comes to dealing with humans everyday as a profession. She is the rudest, condesending, miserable human being I have ever dealt with.. its to bad because the dr. seemed nice. However, it sent a clear message as to who he is ok with representing his dental practice. It is definetly not worth the time and energy, especially if you are already indifferent about visiting a dental office to begin with. Whether you have insurance or not, (like myself) look elsewhere! unless you enjoy being berated in an already uncomfortable and vaunerable position of dental pain or need of advice. Unfortunetly her negative energy consumes that small office, and you can actually almost feel it when you walk in the front door. I couldnt get out fast enough. I definitely wont be back, and plan to share my experience with as many people, and platforms available to me. Hopefully, with these posts, I can save another person from dealing with the unnecessary stress and frustration I endured while a patient at this office.
