I give zero stars, I completely agree with the other reviewer, you don't get treated by a medical…read moreproffesional, you get treated by a resident, who is learning every single time, you have to tell them what to prescribe, self diagnose, what drug, what amount, how many times a day, time of dosage, and they still screw it up, getting newly diagnosed, is utterly imposible. They just send you away to a specialist, for everything. I have Fibromayalgia, chronic pain, and Neuropathic pain (we don't treat that, live with the pain, we only treat for pain if u have cancer, get used to it, Mcmaster is teaching all new Drs not to treat ANY pain), Osteopenia (we don't treat that go to the specialist, wait 1 year) and high blood pressure, (left me like that for 10 years and resulted in one completely blocked left heart ventricle, an enlarged heart, permanent damage, and they don't treat this either, go to a cardiac specialist, wait 2.5 years). I left this hell hole, and got help from a wonderful new Egyptian Dr. And got my pain and chronic illnesses under control in 2 months! DR. Shabort, is lucky I don't have it in me to sue for malpractice.

Took my mother here on the first floor to get looked at for an abdominal issue. Our appointment was…read morefor 2:30pm, but we didn't get looked at until 4:30pm. Doctor and staff were friendly and good at telling us what was happening. Parking here is pretty pricey; $3.50 every half hour. That's unacceptable in my book. The main entrance is in an odd location above a hill on Charleton Street. It's crazy how they expect people to walk up all of those stairs. I find it best to enter the ground floor doors in the Juravinski building on the right hand side, and use the elevators that are a few steps once inside. There's a Tim Hortons and gift shop on their main level as well as lots of comfy chairs that look out at the drop off/pickup spot.
