Absolute mistake, they botched up a single person with no children return. Irs claims they need supporting documentation. Never had this happen before, and I get no support until I send a nasty email telling them to do their job that I paid for. They claim they then resubmitted the return this was in April yet nothing. I asked them after 90 days to follow up with the irs. All I get is excuses about everyone experiencing this. I follow up again and later get this and that bs needed. It's just an excuse one after another. If you're even thinking of hiring these incompetent people don't. My goal now is to make sure they don't get any business.
