When I called, I spoke to Steve who was jolly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure which jumper I wanted but I measured my yard, gave Steve the specs, and he gave me a few options. We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was! The jumper was a huge hit and the kids even cried when it had to be taken down. Jeff was nice and said the kids could help him deflate it and they had fun squeezing all the air out!
