Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! The tree removal work covered 2 days which was more than enough time to cover any issues that may have come up but didn't. Communication was efficient and expedient. If clarity was needed by phone Alexis was always available during business hours when at the store. My 4 trees removal was quoted to take 2 whole days but was completed early. Alexis and his work crew were fantastic all the way through. They arrived as scheduled and earlier than on time each day. The crew showed exceptional teamwork and were very easy to communicate with. They were respectful of the property and left the yard looking better in the areas they worked than when they first started. I will definitely seek out Alexis and his work crew again when I have future tree care and landscaping needs.
