I have 3 civil cases I wanted them to help me with. The Director of Landlord Tenant told me they would send me the POC in the firm could help me move forward with those cases. That was back in March. Now in June, months later and after following up with them multiple times, they have not provided me with the contact. They respond to my emails saying, "I need to find you a contact." But they never actually send me the contact. The last person I spoke to on the phone was their Intern who said the contact was probably the Attorney himself. After waiting some more, I decided to call the Intern back and see if I could get the attorney's email address. When I called the office back and asked for the Intern, I was promptly hung up on. I didn't even have a chance to ask for the email address. I will update my review as things process with the tenant notices I filed with them.

My dignity and humanity was brutally violated. And the reason he became so irate was because he overheard me telling the Maryland tax office that he was being uncooperative and not helpful, which was absolutely true. Instead of trying to assist me, he became abusive. Not once did I yell back. He was rude, unprofessional, screamed at me while I was on the phone with my real estate agent. On top of that, his accounting was incorrect and I had to go over the documents with a fine tooth comb or I would have lost money due to his inaccuracy. It was all I could do to not walk out and yell back at him but as a mature adult I needed to complete the process. I had to deal with him like a child having a tantrum to get through it despite the inexcusable assault on my dignity. The abuse was unacceptable and the clear evidence of racial discrimination and prejudice is unconscionable. I would never use them again and highly urge potential customers to avoid them at all costs and find a different settlement company. I have purchased and sold over 6 homes in the past 20 years, not once have I encountered behavior so outrageous.
