We have a large washer and a small washer, as well as a steam dryer, so there are actually 3 lines. I told the tech that I had a service so we should get a discount. He showed me with the discount it was $315 per line. I went ahead and had it fixed. The tech had the needed parts. He replaced the lines. Total time in the house was under 1 hour. After it was done, I checked the price on the 3 lines and was disturbed that I could have bought them for all for under $100. I can see charging $315 for a service call and installing 1 line, but when they charged the same for the additional 2 lines, I feel that I was ripped off. I sent a letter to the manager asking for a partial refund. I also called twice and asked to speak to the manager. Nobody ever responded so I cancelled my service contract. This was several months ago. I am still being charged the $9.95 per month and have to dispute it with my credit card company. Stay away from this company.

Thank you . The service people (all of them) have kept my 25+ year unit chugging along for many years. They do annual maintenance work, major system installation and everything in-between correctly and reasonably priced. Better yet, the service people are polite, never aggressive. They will always explain the problem and show you the damage by picture or the actual part which means a lot to an old lady (with no mechanical ability). SCAM ALERT. Proceed with caution. Tech, whether intentional or not, reversed the fan direction and…read morethen qutoed me 1200 to fix it and fill up the freon. Had a 2nd opinion come out and ask me who was messing around with the fan because it was hooked up in reverse. The 2nd opinion tech was able to get the unit working at the service call without the freon they told me I needed or new condenser fan. Also important to note, there would have been no way for the unit to have been operational two full summers) with the fan in reverse, leaving the only people to have reversed the fan direction being J&J. When presented with this information, J&J became defensive and instead of apologizing, refused to come out and fill up the freon on the other unit. If they weren't so defensive, I'd be more inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt. They instead chose to get ugly with me leading me to believe I had uncovered their scam. Again, proceed with caution. Attached is the bid with the condenser fan that wasn't needed and supporting text from my tenant who as also told our problem was the fan going the wrong direction.

I called Fix It All after having another plumbing company come out and give us a quote for…read morereplacing our electric water heater. Over the phone Kevin gave me instructions to check the breaker on the heater (after asking if I felt confident that I could do that). I did and it gave us hot water until he could make it out to our house the next morning. He quoted us a better price on a new unit (and a rebuild as well) and we went with the new one, since our old one was pretty old. He came after his already scheduled day appointment at 5pm and installed the unit. It took him a few hours as our old heater was hard to drain due to all the sediment in the bottom. I was so happy he came and fixed us up late in the day rather than just schedule us for the next day. The price was cheaper and we felt he had better knowledge and experienced than the other place we called. We felt like he was honest and gave us the honest options and answers, another thing we felt we didnt get with the other place. We will definitely be calling Fix It All for any future plumbing needs. The reason I'm writing this review is because as a homeowner I feel like a lot of times when I have someone work on our house, I'm always wondering if the company/people are being honest with me. This was such a nice experience I had to share it.
