My experience with this firm was extremely frustrating and, at times, concerning. From early on, I felt that the potential value of my case was presented in an overly optimistic and, ultimately, misleading way. The numbers and expectations that were discussed initially set a certain level of confidence, but as things progressed, it became clear that those projections were not grounded in a realistic outcome. What made this worse was the lack of clear, consistent communication around how those estimates were being calculated. I was not given a transparent breakdown of the factors that could significantly reduce the value of the case, nor was there enough effort to reset expectations once it became obvious that the initial outlook was unlikely. Instead, I was left feeling like I had been guided toward a perception of my case that didn't reflect reality. Communication overall was inconsistent. There were delays in responses, limited proactive updates, and a general sense that I had to push for clarity rather than it being provided upfront. When you're dealing with something as serious as a lawsuit, that kind of uncertainty adds unnecessary stress and undermines trust. To be clear, the firm may have experience, but my issue is with how expectations were managed and communicated. Clients rely heavily on their attorneys for honest, realistic guidance. In my case, I don't feel that standard was met. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to ask very direct, detailed questions about how they evaluate case value, what assumptions they are making, and how those expectations might change over time. We like so many others never imagined being involved in a lawsuit. Essentially we had no choice because of our child's traumatic injuries. I have so many nice things to say about this law firm. I never thought in my life I would ever file a lawsuit against anyone. Mcnicholas Law made me feel like someone was finally on my side.
