I've tried to be patient, but my experience with this firm has been extremely frustrating. I retained them in late December and went through an intake, then a follow-up, and then yet another follow-up where I was asked the same questions again because my information apparently hadn't been properly recorded. That alone raised concerns about their organization and attention to detail. Since then, communication has been very poor. I've sent emails to both the firm and support and have gone over a week without any response. On top of that, I haven't received any updates on my case in over a month, nor have I been clearly guided on what the next steps are. What's most concerning is that I've had to constantly follow up just to get basic answers. Communication feels completely one-sided, and it shouldn't be the client's responsibility to chase down updates about their own case. I also find it concerning that the firm offers incentives for reviews. Because of this, I would encourage anyone reading positive reviews to carefully consider their authenticity.
