I am on a trip of a lifetime with my grandson. Ran into some unfortunate mishaps with my RV. I have been calling shops from Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. I spoke with Thomas on the phone and he got me in that same day. The crew patched a hole in the roof due to a run in with a tree and to prevent further water damage due to expected rain. I am a full-time RVer and have had my rig(s) in this shop several times. They are thorough, pleasant, and do fantastic work. Nothing slip-shod. They particularly excel at body-work. They have the highest integrity imaginable. I have personally overheard the boss on the phone telling someone "no, I will not lie for you!" I like that. I have continued to use McQueeney Collision to the present time (summer 2016) and this review still stands. I've noticed here several very derogatory reviews that are older and, I would suggest, outdated. Please read the two reviews at the end that are "not currently recommended". The owner had accused me of falsifying the accident that I had with my rv. He then contacted my insurance but I made my point with them on what happened and they did not proceed. I don't know what kind of scam he was trying to pull on me but i'm concern that my insurance company will drop me. Stay away read more

It doesn't get any better than this! I had an accident with considerable damage to the cab of my rv. If you are looking for honesty, integrity and excellent work this is the place to go. Thomas documented the damage thoroughly and dealt with my insurance company. His employees pay attention to detail and my rv looks like new. Their customer service is excellent and any questions are promptly answered. In my opinion, this is a rarity these days. I took my Born Free motorhome to McQueeney Collision to have repairs made to a molded fiberglass panel severely damaged by a blown tire. The Born Free has a single molded fiberglass panel cover the entire rear side. They had to make a new molded piece to fit where the tire tread ripped off about 2 feet of the original panel. When they were finished you can't tell where the original part ends and the new part starts. They do superb work! Thomas, one of the owners, was great to work with, always responsive and easy to contact. read more

They do a great job" if it is covered by insurance". If you bring your RV in for repairs and pay "out-of-pocket" is is going to cost you a lot of money. They charge a flat fee of $110.00 which is around the going rate, but you also get to pay for the mechanic when he is on a private call on his cell phone on your time. The parts will also cost you more than some other shops. They mark you parts and shipping up 30% on every item that goes through there shop. If you are getting your RV worked on and you are paying for the repairs it would be wise to get quotes from other shops before having them do the work. read more

This company had my truck for more than 2 years, took the money from the insurance company as well as what I paid them from my own pocket and did not finish the work. They left parts to my truck unprotected from the elements. I removed my truck and took it to another location to work on it. They completed the work within 60 days which included having to repaint the truck because of their neglect. read more

I have had 2 different RVs at this place and been satisfied every time. They have been honest with me and gone out of their way to make sure that everything was done correctly. Price was within range. Called me and updated me on progress. Towed one RV and had a blowout and worked with me to get the tire fixed and back in town. The person they got was the best in the small town. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help with their RV. read more
