To my utter disappointment, I later realized that the kit had incomplete components and no instructions making it impossible to proceed with the sample collection. This left me uncertain about the correct procedure for collecting and submitting my sample. To resolve these issues, I attempted to contact the lab on multiple occasions via phone; however, my calls have gone unanswered and I am yet to receive any form of response or assistance. I reached a 800 number and got mixed messages/instructions about sample collection and finally a phlebotomist offered some sort of advice. I find this attitude extremely unprofessional, insincere and lackadaisical. Not sure whether to trust them with processing my sample for this sensitive test!!

We got told after we had checked in that the wait time would be two hours. The front desk person was extremely unhelpful and told people who came in after us about a fast pass option. Someone who had arrived after us got called for fast pass first so at that point I just walked out. Won't ever got back.
