My insurance has quadrupled while my vehicle usage declined dramatically. Mercury has a new program called RealDrive, which would be a great fit for my situation, but I learned about it through googling. I recently requested quotes from AAA, Costco and Geico. All were substantially lower than what I'm paying now. Considering how much Bisson has earned in commissions over the years, I would have expected a Christmas email or something. Instead, I was dealing with people that might as well have been robots. Come to think of it, robots might have done a more thorough job. I can't wait to leave them. I doubt they will care -- or notice.

My insurance wasn't reinstated even though the paperwork all indicated it had gone through. I would have taken responsibility for it but they never contacted me. They sent me a text after I inquired, that said "...Mercury declined to offer a quote. I have no other options to issue a policy. Thank you, Bisson Insurance." Buyer beware.
