The day of the appointment, I called him at 4:40 pm to confirm he had the right location. He assured me he did and said he'd see me soon. At 5:00 pm, he was a no-show. At 5:10, still nothing. Finally, at 5:20 pm, my wife called him, and he told her he was "25 minutes away," with absolutely no apology. He blamed traffic, took no responsibility for being almost an hour late, and rudely asked if we wanted him to turn around. He then had the nerve to ask when he could come back the next day. When my wife suggested a time, he seemed annoyed and kept pushing for an earlier time, which was completely unreasonable. He promised to call back later to confirm and double check but never did. The lack of communication, disrespect for our time, and terrible customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this company.

Then the lady on the phone asked me to send the exterminator pictures of the droppings. He texts back "maybe rat" droppings and then I don't hear from him again. So I wrote to him and said well can you help me. He writes back, "if you see more after a clean up make an appointment". Ummmm ok!! You tell me it may be rat and your not coming to help me. So I wrote back saying that I'm afraid to move in can you come and put down traps. He writes back yes we can put down traps for $375 plus tax. This was the worst company I ever called. How heartless!!! I was honestly in shock. It's like I had to almost beg him to come which I'd never do. The, comment, I'll come for $375 truly sealed the deal away from this company for me. I called another company and they came graciously and identified the problem as NOT RATS, and helped me out as well as calmed my fears. I'd never recommend this service to anyone. Andrew was chosen and paid for by our landlady (which probably means his rate was good - I just…read morecan't speak to specifics). He came a few days after the original reach out. In person, he gave us a brief rundown of our situation and how carpenter bees thrive in environments like in our backyard. (Ack!) He was able to treat the bees' nests on the spot - about five holes - and within an hour or two, we had about 30 bees die! While he had given us a pamphlet on his method and the substance used, we wanted a clear answer on whether we needed to pick up the bees to prevent our dog from eating them. I texted him with this question, and within a half hour, he called me back. He confirmed that while the toxicity was low, we might as well pick up the dead bees. Three days later, he came to seal up the holes. We did end up seeing additional bees a week later, and he came by again to seal up what is hopefully the remaining holes. It was a little harder to schedule this appointment, but it was worth the wait. Andrew has a nice sense of humor, and I appreciate his flexibility and desire to have the clients understand what we were dealing with.

I tried every over the counter product lowes sold. Nothing worked. I called cornel exterminating and Andy came to my house within an hour. He treated the area and the bees were gone. He came back a couple of days later and reapplied just as a precaution. No more bees. Andy gives lifetime warranties for the area he treats. His prices are better than his competitors.
