Master Plumber Dan Sellazzo located the source (and explained the maze of pipes and water lines above my drop ceiling). It was a leaking toilet. In came his partner of 20 years, Ken Troise, who is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet and who obviously loves what he does. Courteous, respectful and a plumber extraordinaire, Ken replaced a corroded flange and old piping, and left everything cleaner than it was before he came.
