Too bad I can't give zero stars. Took our Jeep In because of a message that the remote entry system needed service. 4 1/2 hours later including an oil change, a tire rotation that I was told would be free if I purchased my tires through the dealership (charged 25.95) when we went to leave we asked about the remote entry they said the message never came on we opened the door and it appeared like it has every time, called them out after 25 minutes they you need to bring it back and plan to leave it for 2-3 days so we can run diagnostics on it. My wife googled it as we were driving home, pulled the ground off the battery for 20 minutes system reset clearing the message. I won't mention the brake work smh! Needless to say I won't be back and will not recommend them to anybody. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my salesperson, Garrett Cannon. Garrett was very patient and listened to me (and my 10 yo grandson, lol) He made negotiations and signing very easy and streamline. It is hard to find good people anymore; but Garrett, receiptionist and sales manager were very nice and did not push me into something they wanted to sell. They helped me get exactly what I ask for. Purchased a 2019 ram 1500 used. Drove it a total of 10 times and noticed an exhaust leak. Come to find out it's two cracked manifolds. So I take it to them the same day I drop my first payment, and wait 4 days for them to tell me it's two cracked manifolds and it's gonna be 2000 bucks. I said first of all I just bought this truck, and dont believe it was gone through before being put on the lot. Instantly it was we have paperwork stating that we went through it and my boss signed off on it. I'm like ok what about my warranty that I bought with you? Oh you have a warranty? So needless to say they are trying to charge the copay on fixing a truck that I've owned for two months one of which the truck has sat on their lot! Would not recommend! What I can't overlook is the dealership running my credit without my approval or without me signing anything authorizing the dealership to do so. When I was answering the sales person questions including giving my social, I was under the impression it was for preliminary paperwork and at no time did I tell anyone at the dealership that it was OK to run my credit. read more

Where are the negative stars? Fun facts for the uninformed! I'd like to speak for a moment about Mcsweeny Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pell City, Alabama. After I was told by a lady, post talking to her manager, that they would match the price for changing my oil and fuel filters, by the way this lady was VERY nice and I know none of this is her fault, set me an appointment to be there at 08:00 the next morning. I showed up early the next morning for what was to be a THREE HOUR REPAIR, including oil change and fuel filters, to get everything squared away. They happily directed me to the service department, this is where it turned badly and continued to get worse. For in the service department resides a small female troll (there are so many expletives to choose from but I'm trying to be civil) I'm assuming her name is KAREN, as I spoke to her and proceeded to tell her what had conspired the day before, she interrupted and let me know straight away that they would not perform an oil change on any diesel engine for less than $150.00 much less change the fuel filters. She said she'd have to speak to her manager, I told her that I'd already squared that away with, I believe it was Christy, the day before. She promptly told me "well she's not a manager" I said ok fine, just drop the oil change and fuel filter change. Fix the recalls on my truck and I'll go to Walmart to get an oil change and new fuel filters because it was over $200.00 cheaper there. I can only assume that this put a burr in the trolls panties and caused her to put my recall repair on the bottom of the pile. I had plainly told them that I had a trip scheduled for the end of the week to South Florida. Now this is the third day they have not performed the recall repairs on my truck, leaving me no opportunity to have my oil changed or my fuel filters replaced before my trip. Spiteful little troll! Meanwhile, they had the nerve to have a salesperson call me with a buyback offer for my truck. By the way this is the THIRD DAY ON MY THREE HOUR REPAIR, I know I'm the little man and can do nothing about this but I thought I'd let you good people know not to take your vehicle to these vindictive tyrants if you have the nerve to let them know that their prices are astronomical and you can get the work done cheaper elsewhere. They have done me an injustice, now I have no time to get my oil changed or my fuel filters replaced before my trip. But wait, there's more! After calling and requesting that a manager of some sort call me back, after lunch on the third day, I find out they still had not begun to perform my recall repairs. So, he calls me back and after wholeheartedly professing my disgust to this man, he asks me what I thought a fair price was for changing the oil and replacing the fuel filters. I said the price I paid a few months ago to Walmart sounded fair to me. He says he just can't do it for that and then suggests a price of $250.00 to complete the work. I reluctantly agreed to the price of $250.00 so that I would have fresh oil and filters for my trip to Florida. Ok, fine...I was appeased! Almost four hours later he calls me back and "Regretfully" informs me that they do not have my filters in stock and that they are not able to perform the oil change and fuel filter replacements. Now three days prior when the job was gonna cost.$450 to get my oil changed and filters replaced two people assured me that they had my parts in stock and it would not be a problem because they looked it up by my VIN number. This just goes to show how large automotive companies will treat a human if they allow it. And you know if they knocked $200 off their price you can imagine how much money they are actually making on their parts and labor. I very rarely get this upset with anything in my life! I would just love for someone to stick up for the little man at some point. This may be the only time they have ever tried to hornswoggle a customer but I sincerely doubt it! Ordered a vehicle they sent the order to Mcsweeney a sales person from the dealership contacted me and told me it would be 6-8 weeks for my vehicle to arrive. Five months later my car was still not there and one of the managers I believe his name was Micheal argued with giving me my $500 dock fee back because I could not wait any longer on the vehicle (it was for work). The only positive was when a different manager I spoke to the next week I think his name was Ron told me they would refund me and was very understanding of the issue at hand. read more

I bought a truck from this dealership and didn't mind paying a little over sticker as we are in a tough time right now with a shortage of cars but let me tell you as soon as they sell you the car and have their money you can expect zero assistance from them. I was promised a handful of empty promises that would help me as i was an out of state buyer. The delivered with a damaged tire and when i brought it up they all ghosted better luck trying to find a unicorn then someone to answer their phone regarding the damage they delivered the truck with they also promised to help with registration in my state the sales manager said to me "I'm going to call myself and do it" 2 weeks later no registration and no one responds to anything. They gave so many excuses after the deal was made they are just the definition of full of promises and happiness when you're buying then bye you're on your own the second the check clears. Terrible dealership. I drove 2+ hours to look at a vehicle. I told them I wanted to purchase it. I sent them a copy of my drivers license, insurance and instructions on titling the vehicle and they sent me a copy of the sales contract. I even sent a copy of the cashiers check to pay for the vehicle. They sold the car before I got there. Said it was a first come first serve basis. The General Manager said he would have sold the car even if he knew I was 10 minutes away to pick it up if someone came in before me. That might be the way they do business but in my opinion it's unacceptable. I will void the cashiers check and will Never give them the opportunity. Poor poor business practices. read more

Coming from the automotive and repair industry, having to wait 2 hours for a ECU reflash is just wrong. If my truck wasnt under warranty and this was a recall issue there is no way I would deal with this service center. Every time I have looked out the window at the mechanics I have only seen 1 actually working. The rest have either been on their cell phones or talking to each other.
