I did deleate that review after they defamed me and broke HIPPA privacy (took screen shot as proof and documentation). In the end my diagnosis after being properly evaluated by local providers and Advent hospital. I had a major bladder infection, Group A Strep infection, that caused nerve toxcity, Hypoxia, Acute Respitory Failure plus injuries, head trauma that came with MULTIPLE surgeries the next year. My initial appointment with them , I explained in detail what I knew sounded like a "crazy" story but sometimes things can happen to people, and they should be taken very seriously it almost cost me my life. Plus with all the above I was struggling with my cognition and ability to walk and communicate effectively. Instead of being concerned or care for my well being they choose to humiliate me verses taking the opportunity to learn from their grave mistake. They sent me to the private Oviedo ER where the lead doctor of urgent care also worked at as an ER doctor, without updating my proper meds and that very same ER forced meds I had informed them I was allergic to MULTIPLE times along with my adult daughter and did not run the test or imaging I had requested. Instead they forced more meds that I was allergic to causing silent seizures on top of more injuries while in their care. Needless to say, it all was a VERY traumatic experience.

Sometimes there is a wait, as with most urgent care centers, we usually ask to wait in the car if that's the case since their waiting room is small and have never been given grief about it. The care is always thorough but efficient once in a room. As I nurse I usually come in with a request, knowing what I'm looking for and they are always very accommodating and respectful. My husband was just there yesterday and my son is headed there this morning since the flu is tearing through my house. The office staff (front or clinical) has never been rude to any of us and we've never encountered any billing issues.

Every single person we encountered made us feel cared for, respected, supported, and genuinely loved. As a first-time mom, I had so many fears and questions, but this team exceeded every expectation I had. Heather, my first nurse, immediately made me feel comfortable and helped calm those first-day nerves. Kristen, the night charge nurse, was wonderful and helped ensure everything ran so smoothly. Taylor, my day nurse, deserves every award imaginable. She truly was my fairy godmother. She spent the entire day preparing me for birth, explaining every single thing she was doing, answering every question, and making me feel informed and empowered. She listened to every wish I had for my birth experience and did everything she could to make it happen. I never once felt like "just another patient"--I felt heard, respected, and advocated for. She was constantly by my side, so attentive, compassionate, and encouraging. I was genuinely heartbroken that her shift ended before my son was born because she had become such an important part of my birth experience. Colleen, my CRNA, was absolutely wonderful. Getting an epidural was one of the things I feared most, but she explained everything so thoroughly, talked me through every step, and made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly personable, warm, and kind. What touched me the most was that after working a 24-hour shift, before heading home, she stopped by just to meet my son. That small gesture meant so much to me and perfectly reflects the type of people who work here. Dr. Bartlett was phenomenal during delivery. One of my biggest fears throughout pregnancy was tearing during birth, and she took such incredible care to help prevent that. She was calm, encouraging, confident, and made me feel completely safe during one of the biggest moments of my life. I couldn't have asked for a better physician to bring our son into the world. Brandy, my night nurse, is simply unforgettable. There truly aren't enough words to describe how much I adore her. She has the most amazing personality and is such a breath of fresh air. She somehow managed to make an overwhelming, emotional experience feel joyful, exciting, and even fun. Starting at 7 p.m., she was constantly repositioning me to help my son descend, encouraging me every step of the way, teaching me how to push and breathe effectively, making me laugh between contractions, advocating for me, listening carefully whenever I described what I was feeling, and adjusting everything based on my feedback. It is so obvious that she absolutely loves what she does, and because of that, she made one of the most important nights of my life unforgettable. Susan, who performed Luca's hearing test, was incredibly sweet and kind. Tracy, our postpartum day nurse, was amazing as she gave Luca his very first bath and patiently helped me begin my breastfeeding journey. Those first few days as new parents can be overwhelming, and she made us feel so much more confident. A huge thank you as well to Rebecca, the charge nurse, for helping everything run so smoothly, and to Kathleen and Suzanne at the front desk, who greeted us with kindness and warmth every time we walked through the doors. Every single person we encountered treated us like family rather than patients. They celebrated with us, comforted us, educated us, laughed with us, and helped make the birth of our son one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. If you're looking for a hospital to deliver your baby, I cannot recommend Oviedo Medical Center highly enough. This team gave us memories we will cherish forever, and I will always be grateful for the incredible care we received. Thank you for helping bring our sweet Luca into the world so safely and lovingly. We will never forget you all.

They just said make an appointment with a neurologist and sent her home. We saw her PCP and he said he works in a hospital and for them not to do a full work up with no known results was not efficient. Dr Olivia Dennis was absolutely fantastic and very thorough. She took her time to ensure all my concerns and symptoms were addressed and ensured my medication was sent to the pharmacy before I left. The staff behind the doors were amazing , I think the receptionist at check in may need a gallon of happy juice as they are not the friendliest but maybe it was a rough start to their day. Either way I'm pleased overall with the care I received.

Unbeknownst to us my mom had a herniated disk that was causing her EXTREME discomfort. She came in on the ambulance and as soon as they wheeled her in the rude comments and obnoxious laughter erupted. The nurses found it extremely funny that she couldn't walk and completely dismissed her pain. They gave her some ibuprofen and essentially kicked her out after the doctor came in. The staff couldn't even grab a wheelchair for us instead they told me where they were and told me to go grab one. Fortunately I was able but this doesn't dismiss the fact that the nurses were so cruel and sick. I couldn't imagine laughing at anyone in pain and treating them as if they were the biggest burden on earth. I hope one day they find empathy in their hearts, because truly no nurse should be acting the way they were. I hope the entire staff gets investigated and gets some sort of empathy training.Truly sick individuals.Seek help!!!

Instead, we were informed by the office manager that the appointment had never been confirmed on their end and that my father was being discharged from the practice due to an alleged no-show on 6/9 and rescheduled appointments on 6/26 and 6/30. To clarify: - My father never had an appointment on 6/9. Neither he nor I scheduled one, nor were we ever informed of one. - On 5/30, he was hospitalized at AdventHealth East Orlando and was later transferred to PAM Rehab Hospital in Winter Garden, where he remained through 6/13. He was physically unable to attend, or even be aware of any appointment during that time. - It turns out the 6/9 appointment was made by AdventHealth during his hospital stay without our knowledge or consent. - I called the office on 6/26 and 6/30 to reschedule due to my father's recent hemorrhagic stroke, which has left him with significant daily challenges. At no point was I told of a rescheduling or cancellation policy, nor was I warned that his status as a patient was at risk. I was simply given a new appointment for 7/2. To then arrive and be told that his appointment was unconfirmed and that he had been discharged, with no prior notice was shocking and deeply frustrating. The communication breakdown was unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking care from this office, especially if you or your loved one is living with a disability. Managing a disability is hard enough without the added stress of poor communication, indifference, and a lack of compassion from a healthcare provider and their staff.
