She was respectful of my needs of getting my blood drawn from my hand and with a butterfly needle and she honored my wishes graciously and without hesitation, which hasn't always been my experience. It was the first time I had heard of them, and drove to the facility after my appointment for a walk-in visit. It's a clean facility that wasn't as busy as some of the other labs in the area that can have very long wait times. The front desk receptionist was very nice, and gave me the paperwork to fill out. I showed her my doctor's order and she went over the pricing with me. Because my Dr. ordered a CBC, CMP, TSH, and Lipid panel, I paid for the annual package that had all of those (with Hemoglobin A1C thrown in) for $129. The annual checkup panel is cheaper than paying for each test separately, and definitely beats the prices of other competing labs in the area. Even as a walk-in, I didn't have to wait long and before I knew it, it was my turn. What really blew me away is that this was one of the smoothest blood draws I have EVER had. I don't know how she did it, but the girl who drew my blood was so swift and skilled that I hardly felt the needle. I had my head turned and was busy chatting with another patient who was leaving, and I found myself laughing and enjoying the conversation when normally I'm quiet and tense during the blood draw. I was bandaged up and on my way out the door in no time, still in conversation with the other patient as though I never had the needle stick. I have since had labs drawn elsewhere due to pricing for specific labs I needed, and I seriously wish all my blood draws were this painless.

This building has been here about 2 years It is absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff, nice waiting area It even has a coffee shop where you can get fresh coffee and drinks and dessert. Upstairs they have some doctor's offices. I had made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. and got in by 10:40 a.m.. Quick and easy. I will definitely come here again for all my blood work.

Specialists include Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Urogynecology, Hematology, and Physical Therapy. Some other health related services coming soon are Heart Care, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, and Spine Care. I'm not one who loves going to the doctor or shifting my schedule around at work for a bunch of doctor appointments; however, I've had no issues working with staff to coordinate an appointment for my specific needs. What's really great about this location is that if your doctor orders up bloodwork during your visit, staff can perform the bloodwork on the first floor and they can usually get you in right away. The health park is very new and it is kept spotless. There is also a coffee shop on the first floor if you need a pick-me-up while you wait or on the go. Another great thing about this location is there is an emergency room right next to this building, so if you are having an emergency you don't have to go far. All-in-all, I recommend this new facility. If you are in need of any services noted above, this might be the place for you.

My doctor…read morewas so rude and insensitive about what I came for and said so many things to scare me before he even saw what I came for. After seeing it and telling me a bunch of things to freak me out, he tells me it's not so bad and should be fine. Apparently the nurse had told him it was worst than it was (she didn't even see the area). He then proceeded to tell me he is usually a doctor for elderly people. Then, why are you seeing me? Another day I called to get a prescription for an over the counter medication that I needed, for my insurance to be able to cover it. They asked the doctor; I was even willing to come in for an appointment so they can bill my insurance if money was the issue. The lady came and said that the doctor said no and to call my specialist which said they dont prescribed over the counter. I asked why not she said because he doesn't want to and he won't do it. I said it was just an over the counter medication and just needed the prescription for insurance purposes she said, the go buy it over the counter. With such an attitute. I thought doctors were supposed to have your best interest in mind and obviously he didn't and neither did the facility. If you want good and fast service go to University Family Medicine Center which is an extremely better primary care facility. They gave me what I needed and in the same day.

We both were having blood drawn for a Metabolic lab tests. The technician was very nice, drew our blood and we were out in less than 10 minutes. We received our results by email the next day By the way, the check-in machines leave a lot to be desired. When they don't work properly, they are one pain in the neck, and many times they don't work.
