Horrible service. Went in for a PCR Covid test. Never got results. They refused to issue refund. Horrible experience.

Eric May was very helpful and had someone call me the next day to check in on me and set me up with a PCP when I've been having issues for over a month.

I love the convenience of the new location and everyone is super kind. This is the problem I do…read morehave though. I've been sick and I'm Ned for almost 4 months. I've seen specialist and had every scan and so fourth. I'm horribly ill with symptoms from my divertic. I had a specialist call and tell them what I needed. I've waited over a week to have the doctor make contact with and at home nurse. it's horrible. I came back to Found Care cause they seem more caring after being dragged and dragged along by doctors at an urgent care for months. I'm starting to feel the same way here. I feel like medically I'm being ignored. I want to be well. I can't have my surgery until I have IV antibiotics. I don't think doctors give it a second thought what quality of life I have to live right now. socially II have nothing and the only thing I think of around the clock is being careful not to make myself to sick. my kid (who has autism) looks terrified when I break down in tears from exhaustion and sickness. my wife has had to take time off quite a bit to take care of me. It took forever to find out what was wrong and now they drop the ball. When did the medical professionals stop caring. We count on you when we can't count on anyone else. Im starting to feel like there's a commission attached to my illnes. Just keep me well enough with their pharm and keep going. I swear one more person tries to Jam a BP pill on me I'll lose it. I'm just worn out and have very little to give anymore. I just want someone to help me. It's been a week...since the last promise. Guess I'll see them bright and early Monday with some stuff to discuss

I'm a sliding scale patient here, which is supposed to make care affordable based on income. In…read morepractice, I've been asked to pay my full balance upfront before being seen, which defeats the purpose of the sliding scale program. I live on a fixed income of $1,800/month, and this kind of upfront demand isn't something I can absorb. On top of that, communication between departments (billing, front desk, scheduling) seems disconnected -- I've been given conflicting information depending on who I talk to, and issues that should've been resolved in one call end up dragging out over multiple visits or calls. For a clinic whose whole model is supposed to serve low-income patients, this inconsistency creates real barriers to getting care. I'd encourage FoundCare to look at how their billing/sliding-scale policy is actually being applied at the point of service. I had been paying them each month and also they were demanding that I pay them money when I arrive at the building and today I arrived to have a teeth cleaning and they said it would be over $300 and that I would have to pay all the money at once around $500 for a person on a sliding scale with no taxable income not eligible for insurance I was unable to get any care from them today because I would have to be homeless in order to pay that kind of money they didn't disclose this ahead of time so they wasted my time. For a non-profit organization this was very disappointing. It seems the system is broken with their lack of communication they were asking me to prove that I'd made payments I said it's in my chart they said well you need to show us I said it is not my job to show you you guys are the ones that bill me you have access to that I don't know if that's laziness on their end not willing to do their work or their job, something seems fishy possibly a scam maybe I don't know for sure but since the food stamp office thinks I make too much to get food stamps so I don't have any food stamps and then health insurance says that I don't have taxable income so I have to pay full price for health insurance which I can't afford so I got approved for a sliding scale after having to jump through a bunch of hoops with them and then the sliding scale has me paying more than I can afford to pay without being homeless so what's the whole point of having a non-profit organization to help low-income people if you can't help them if they don't have enough money to give you that seems counterintuitive something is crooked going on would be my assumption.

Bathroom covered in urine, COVERED in pungent urine... Waited 5 hours to see a psychiatrist who prescribed me benadryl... Didn't help whatsoever. Went to an urgent care the next day and was prescribed something to stabilize me. Cannot believe this is the only review on this house of horrors.....
