If I cld give zero I would. I have been a member for a few years now and the way I was treated today I am disappointed I am angry and I am not happy at all as a consumer and a customer. I called in about my membership number one they had me add someone on my account making it seem like this person that I added would have their own membership and their own account but in reality their person was attached to my account and my points and my stuff they charged me for that person's toe they did not put it on there for toes they put it on mine and when I called in about it they said they would look into it they would get back to me I wasn't satisfied with it the response or the answer only because they see that it was her they see that her membership was used but they said they need to verify the voice who you who called in so yeah and then I also wanted to take her off which they were giving me a hard time about and then they also made me believe that once I paid that fee of 125 that I can reactivate my membership which was not in the factual at all it actually takes 48 hours to process or complete and then I'll be able to apply again for a membership I did not appreciate getting the runaround getting hung up on having to call back four or five times having to be ridiculed why I want to speak to a supervisor why I want this why I want that when I'm a customer and a consumer calling in a long time customer at that I was very disappointed in the future I will not recommend them and I probably will stop being a AAA customer. read more

It may be because yesterday was a holiday and it was closed. I stood in the line specifically for DMV services. It was somewhat long but it went fast. This review is I. Reference to the Lancaster location. Not the AAA roadside service. Mabelline is the main reason that office gains 5 stars. She always goes above and beyond each if it's just an extra smile at the folks in line. I have been there 4 x and 3 of them I was lucky enough to get her. She does it all works the front desk removes license plates works the DMV line and I think I seen her help someone with notary services as well. I just wanted to give a shout out and say kudos to her for remembering what customer service really is. I felt appreciated there. I also was helped once by a middle aged African American man with glasses (sorry I forgot his name) in the DMV area who was quite delightful. He is definitely a people person. I also noticed onsite security was observant enough to run over and open the doors for a handicapped visitor so I'm sure that's his norm. First time coming to this AAA office in Lancaster, CA. Walked in at 330p and there were 5 people in front to check in at the member service desk. A staff walked over to greeted customers and quickly the 5 became one in front. They helped answer my dmv registration question and were thorough. I came in to get a discounted passport photo as mentioned on the website. :) great place I highly recommend. I use to live in Los Angeles where lines are crazy so this was rewarding to experience how quickly the staff take care of customers. Clean office, clean floors and great staff. 26 year member and what a nightmare!!! Three different people, two refused to get a supervisor, one left me on hold for 18 minutes then hung up. Called back again. AGAIN EMPLOYEE WHO CANT UNDERSTAND WHY IM FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. He sees no problem with my account and quote " I can't help you because I can't see the letter we sent you. First time at this Location, I drove my best buddy here to take care of some paperwork back in February. When we walked in the girl at the front desk did not seem happy and definitely didn't want to go the extra mile. We asked to speak to someone and luckily Marisol was the one to help us. She was super friendly and went above and beyond for my friend. My friend was 79 at the time and Marisol seemed very interested in what stories my friend was telling. She was so compassionate and took care of everything we needed. Great customer service, this might be the location I use if Marisol is there. The people there seem nice despite the lady that helped me out. I don't know what her name is but she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went to get my stickers for the new year, my registration was already paid off and had proof of that. I recently moved to Palmdale and have no intention of going back to my old home which is in the San Fernando Valley. It's about 45 minutes away and all I needed was the stickers because I no longer live in that address. I wish she was more help and not rude. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she has a shit attitude. They called me and convinced me to move over to them from Allstate promising me a lower rate on by car insurance. I moved to them from Allstate thinking I'd be saving money when another representative calls me and tells me my rate actually went up by almost 300 dollars! I had only had them for 1 month and 18 days before I cancelled them. Mind you, I had already paid a hundred something dollars to start and now I get a call from their collection company saying I owe them $170!! This is so ridiculous! 29 years, the last 2 have been a nightmare of proving to them that the battery they sold me was crap. I didn't need them, most of that time, but I kept paying. when the pandemic hit, I didn't drive much, any when they told me i needed a new battery, i figured they would stand behind it. They haven't. They stand behind their excuses, regulations, and illegibly tiny print. Their driver said the battery was fine, I had an electrical problem. Not true. My AAA certified mechanic said the battery was bad. I will skip the Minusha; I am 6 days without a car, Iam purchasing a new battery and filing for a refund. This was my first time going into AAA. I've used their services to tow my car before but never for travel arrangements.They had good deals in a magazine and parents have talked about wanting to go on a cruise. Upon arrival to the office it was pretty busy. Had no idea they handled DMV stuff too.The place is pretty big. We waited a while then after 30 minutes a travel agent by the name of Eva Rodriguez greeted us. She was so patient and explained our options so thoroughly. She treated us like family. Not rushed at all. I could've booked online but glad I didn't. I highly recommend this office and especially Eva. So courteous and knowledgeable. We placed the first call at around 11am. Received multiple updates thru txt that it's delayed. EVERYTIME it's a different towing company, it was 115 degrees outside and we r about 50miles from home. We even had to call the towing company ourselves to get updates. My husband has a heart condition and recently had knee surgery and the 115 degrees was really affecting him. The car did not get towed until 4:30-5pm and got home till 6pm. To add to insult, everytime we called the phone rep was so rude and unprofessional except for the last one that assisted me. This is not what we paid for!! This is unacceptable and truly unprofessional. We r currently considering cancelling membership. Nobody has called from AAA to apologize. We were told by the towing company that AAA contracted towing companies that are cheap but at the same time makes their decision if they want to tow your car or not if it's inconvenient for them based on location and distance from the clients home. What exactly are we paying for here?? You would think being a member for 35+ year would make a difference but obviously this company is a JOKE. I actually just became a member today with AAA and also got my car insurance through them. I was helped by a guy named Jay who got me in and out of there quick, helped me so much and was the nicest guy ever and funny too. Great customer service.
