They called AFTER attempting to fix the phone and then offered another solution, which sounded great at the time, and then couldn't come through. My cellphone dropped and the glass was shattered and video image was just black and white. Went to tmobile and they said i have to pay $175. I received a refurbished phone from Apple with all kinds of issues. I had also broken the glass recently and brought it in to get it repaired as soon as possible. I didn't make an appointment and Matt was able to help me immediately in under an hour. I am so grateful. He not only fixed the broken screen but replaced the battery, the face sensor that was broken during phone calls when I held it up against my face and also the vibration switch that stopped working when I put my phone on silent. Love Love Love What can I say more about this place. I have been here 3 times to get my phone fixed and each time they have fixed it. The first time I came in was about a month after I bought my phone and I had dropped my phone in a jar of peanut butter and at the buttons stuck and the mic got clogged and nobody could hear me when I called. They cleaned it out and it worked like it was brand new. Then I spilled a drink on it while at a bar about a month after that and again they cleaned it right up. Now, three times the charm and they still remember me and my "peanut butter phone". After I forgot I put some chocolate in my purse to bring home to the hubby, I put my phone in the pocket of the purse on a warm summer day and it melted right into the buttons again. They replaced my Nexus 5 screen. They do not have the screens in stock, but said they would pick one up on a Tuesday, which they did. They did everything they said they would do and more. Ive been here a couple of times and I NEVER have a bad experience. Ive reffered friends to this place and they always have pleasant things to say about it. The prices are always reasonable but overall the feeling of them actually caring about you and your device is definitely there. It really does feel like im bringing my phone to a trusted friend when I go there although I hope I dont need to go back. The best thing about this place is the fact that whenever I go there they will tell you if theres a cheaper option instead of trying to charge you as much as they can. I fyou request a $100 service and you dont need it or theres a cheaper option they will actually tell you. My iPhone battery kept dying very rapidly. After having awful luck at a few other repair spots that were closer to me, I got in touch with MD wireless. Rob was able to take me right away to replace my dead battery. He spent a good hour trying to fix it and after putting a new battery in, it turned out to be defective. He was not deterred. He knew about the frustrating day I had trying to get this issue resolved and he put in a battery from another phone to hold me over until he got new stock of batteries at which point I will go back and get it swapped out. Their price for this service was reasonable at about $55 dollars and they clearly stand by their work. He let the customer before me know that he should let them know if there are any issues and to bring it back immediately so they can make it right. Great attitude and very customer service oriented. I was convinced it was going to be too expensive to replace so I went to Costco and bought a new one for 275.00 (including tax). Still, I went to check, and found they could replace it for 120.00. AWFUL business. My iPhone had the front and back glass broken, and was constantly overheating, so as a present my friend paid for it to be fixed instead of my having to get a new one. WORST IDEA EVER. I ended up paying ~$160 just for them to replace the glass (note: they didn't even attempt to fix any broken components). While they're were "repairing" my phone, they also somehow managed to break my camera on it, and break the vibrate feature, then continued to tell me my camera was already broken when I first brought it in. Fast-forward a few months, I wake up in morning to find that my iPhone once again is overheating/won't charge (note: I have not dropped it nor have I damaged it in any way since these buffoons tried to fix it). I feel like my friend has been robbed of his money, and me of my phone. This is a sad excuse for a business. Save your time and money, and go to a professional. For any wireless problem the guys at MD are real life super heroes. I needed my phone that my wife bought on ebay unlocked. So I took it to MD cause I had been there before, many years ago. Not only was I still in their system, the process was way faster than I thought it would be. Cheaper than I thought it would be. Also funner than I ever thought it would be. I tried to replace a samsung galaxy s5 camera lens. After using it for a day the glass lifted off the camera, I took it back, then they supposedly fixed it, then it came off a second time. I brought it back for the third time. They said my purchase was not in the system and they still offered to fix it. When they gave it back to me, there was a massive discoloration on the lens and the picture quality was horrible. They were rude, saying I must have done something to it. I would not recommend coming here unless you want a half ass job. I would give 0 stars if I could, very unhappy with my service. read more

My iPhone was disabled as I forgot my password :( . MD wirelss was able to re-set/retrieve the password, without erasing any data. They were very professional. It cost me $ 40 to retrieve the password. I wish they did it for $25 as originally quoted over the phone. Thats the only reason they got one less star. read more

This place is great! Twice I brought in my iPhone 7 plus with a destroyed screen and both times they had me out the door with my phone back to perfect condition in about 30 minutes. Md Wireless brought my Treo 680 back from the dead. I dropped my Treo in a glass of milk and tried to restore myself to no avail. Md wireless said that they have an 80% success rate and they proved that by restoring my Treo. They have a special ultra sound cleaning chamber that erases contamination from a cellphone. In my case, Eric said that the mold and gunk from the milk was a tough case, but they did completely restore my Treo. I could never have accomplished this on my own. Kudos to Md Wireless! read more

They told me upfront that there was no guarantee it was repairable. Which was the case. However, they were able to recover and back up the info from it. Here is what I appreciate - Rob and Matt gave me an honest appraisal of whether my phone was worth fixing. They informed me that my cell phone company had replaced my phone with a refurbished phone (which I wasn't aware of) and showed me proof that it was refurbished. My consultation with them gave me the feeling that they had a birds-eye view on the cell phone industry and the ways that companies often offer very poor customer service.
