He has been diagnosed and treated for everything from sinusitis, flue, sinus infection, Covid, fatty liver disease and a severe meniscus tear (which required surgery). Last week I took my husband there for severe lower abdomen pain and they immediately said he needed to go to a hospital and called an ambulance for him. They were taking him to Riverside, but Riverside had no availability, so he was being transported to Dublin Methodist. The front desk gal was so nice to call me and inform me of the location change. My husband ends up needing Emergency surgery! While he was still in recovery the doctor from Scioto Urgent Care called to see how he was doing and what the diagnosis was! You CAN"T get customer service like that from a large hospital and I highly recommend this location for any ailment you have -- They truly care and are excellent health care professionals who are exceptional in the field!!

Told me just to apply cream even though I said the cream doesn't work for me. They said, "yes it does." The arrogance to ignore your patients when no 2 people are the same. They say if you get red lines from insect bites to get it checked out as it may be infected. I felt silly, but went anyway, and got there around 1pm. It wasn't busy. There was a woman chain smoking and walking back and forth near the entrance. Inside was one man. I went to the window to register and see someone. The medical assistant provided me with paperwork which I completed. It was my first time here so it took a few minutes to create a record of me, scan in my ID cards, etc. Apparently I came at a good time because she commented her computer system was timing out earlier and there were 5-6 people before noon which was busy for them. She was pleasant and professional. I went into room 2 as instructed. It was very gray. I could see a shoe print on the wall. The example table was tilted up into a chair position. I sat in the regular chair because I would have ripped the exam table paper if I sat on it. The gentleman who saw me was masked and gloved up. I don't recall him identifying himself as a physician, nurse practitioner, etc. He took a look at my arm and said I was having a slight allergic reaction to the bite and it was not an infection. If it was that size after a week with streaky red lines in my veins or I was having anaphylaxis I would need medical treatment with antibiotics or an epi pen. So of course I felt even more ridiculous than I had when I decided to go in and get it looked at.

The professionals here are working under a retail operation, and doing so under the same types of budget and personnel challenges typical of this type of operation. I see these professionals doing everything that would normally be done in a private practice by an army of staff alone, and I'm sure the compensation is less as well. The online system here is not very good - this is true. I struggled to sign in for my appointment because it won't take my payment card. Speaking from multiple visits, I can say I am always able to get an appointment quickly. When i arrive, I am always seen on-time or very close to the scheduled time. I always encounter professional and helpful care, and I am always confident that my problem will be addressed. I feel lucky that i have a service so close that can address most of my urgent medical issues at a reasonable cost, and in a professional and timely manner. Again, great staff here and i highly recommend. I would call out a thank you to all of them, if I could remember everyone's names. I waited an hour and a half to be called back, 4 people were called before me. I asked Diana Huddle why I wasn't called back 2 people ago (that's what the app said). She said "there's too many people today". She also wanted me to know that she saw me during her lunch break (not my fault). She was extremely rude. I almost walked out on her because of her attitude.
