During the entire conversation he over talked me, spoke to me with a condescending tone, was dismissive of my questions/concerns regarding the potential loan/process. He couldn't even be bothered to originate a proposed loan quote with a full breakdown of the loan costs/fees and what my monthly payment would be. This is most definitely a huge determining factor regarding which bank/lender is the best fit for me and my needs. When asked for a breakdown of the loan costs, his response was, "I can't give you that answer until closer to closing." It was at this point I knew this isn't a company I choose to do business with and I definitely would not recommend them based off of my interaction with Paul.

Although I primarily bank at the Little Silver Branch, I do enjoy coming here every once in awhile as it is conveniently located along Route 35 in Shrewsbury.
