Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and Dave was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. You could tell that Dave knew exactly what to look for, explained things in a easy to follow manner, and was able to type up the final report and review it with us right after the inspection was completed. Dave also accepts Venmo, which saved an unnecessary trip to the bank or an annoying search to find the checkbook (still don't know where that is). Purchasing a new home is a very stressful process and we were very relieved that Dave made the home inspection as stress free as possible

The owner came first and was very nice. He later sent two of his workers to do the video sewer inspection. They also couldn't have been nicer. However, they got it completely wrong!!! *There was a huge crack in the pipe which they failed to find during their video sewer inspection. *They insisted the sewer line ran to the front of the house when in fact, it runs to the back of the house. That was $350.00 down the drain (pun intended). Based on this, I would not recommend them.

House had many more issues that were not disclosed to us. HOUSE HAD MANY MORE major and necessary repairs and upgrades that were listed on the sellers "good faith" disclosure form. Furnace is 19 years old not 6 years old as the seller disclosed. Water heater is 15 years old not 3 years old as the seller disclosed. A/C unit is 9 years old and not 3 years as the seller disclosed. Plus the sidewalks pose an insurance issue for buyer as the concrete slabs are being uprooted by a tree. Also fire hazard caused by decrepit attic door and electrical problems throughout house. Plus the house needs major cosmetic work which we will were "aware of". However due to all the other undisclosed issues we opted out of buying this house. The Sellers realtor (David Levine from Davis Realty) called my husband and said "F" You. We sold the house for a higher than you were going to buy it for. ". His name is David Levine. Steer clear of this unprofessional and deceptive realtor. He will attest to anything just to get his sellers commission.

First this was a CASH DEAL no lender involved. The attention to detail Ms. Pisciotta provided was extremely lacking. We closed on 17 September 2020, I flew in for the week to take care of this business transaction and was disappointed when my agent and I did a final walk through inspection prior to closing. Yes, I purchased property as is with no repairs required by the seller even though the inspection revealed several concerns which needed immediate attention. The property was not ready, a few things I will point out. Trash and recycling was left out side at the end of the drive way (a huge mess not even organized). Trash left inside the garage. The house was extremely filthy, bathrooms not cleaned, toilets stained, showers stained and dirty, kitchen area, counter tops not cleaned with food particles still left all over, both refrigerators had mold inside the drawers, all drawers and cabinets, floors , carpet dirty. In addition during pool closing the cover to the pool was missing not inside the tool shed, so we had to order a new pool cover. To top it off the trash was not picked up because they would not take the recycled boxes unless they where organized and broken down properly. I had to bring all the trash back into the garage and request a bulk trash pick up for the following week. In the condition this house was turned over to me, I'm not sure the selling agent even conducted a final walk through inspection. This is not the way to do business specially when the entire funds (payment were wired on Monday and closing was scheduled for Thursday). The selling agent had plenty of time to ensure this house would be ready for closing on Thursday. In addition closing time was switched to accommodate the seller, not having any consideration that my time was limited. As a veteran, I'm trained to follow a schedule, its unfortunate that others are not as disciplined. I find the lack of attention to detail, and communication extremely disrespectful and offensive. My family or I will never do business with your agency again. I am on the market to purchase another property and if I see your agency as the listing agency, I will immediately walk away.
