I want to start by saying that I have no issues with MDR Pharmacy or medications. You are amazing pharmacy with caring people who work there. The only thing I can ask is that you work with carriers other than FedEx. I consistently have delivery issues with them, while UPS has never caused any problems. Please consider offering UPS as an option as well. FedEx never delivers on time, and there are always issues with their drivers being unwilling to follow delivery instructions. Every delivery with them is a rollercoaster. This time, they claimed the package was delivered, which was not true, and it became a back-and-forth situation trying to locate it, involving numerous calls to FedEx support and speaking with people who clearly didn't care. Please allow customers to order and have their packages delivered via UPS or any other reliable carrier. Thank you! read more

I have received multiple medications that were to be cold and were NOT, then them asking me to send back on ICE?! They wanted the return to be processed of the invalid medication where they clearly saw that it was late and their packaging was insufficient, before sending me valid medication that I'm already late in taking due to this awful customer service. Zero star!!! Horrible pharmacy and liars, if you are doing IVF, do NOT use this pharmacy, their customer service is horrible, they only care about money, not your baby. Yesterday they called at 4pm leaving voicemails without any useful information, rushing me to pay, which I paid within less than 2 hr yesterday. This morning they called again, telling me yesterday when I called it was already passed their cut off time, which no one told me, now the deliver fee is about $200 for a $2xx medication, they do admit no one told me, but still insisted on changing me the $200 same day delivery fee or the medication won't be delivered same day and I will LOOSE MY BABY!!! read more

They dispensed dull needles and when I went back to exchange them with the previous sharper needles, they tried to nickel and dime me when I have spend thousands of dollars worth of fertility meds at the Encino location. Sent me one of two medications needed immediately, and after being told that only one was sent - they said you need to pay for another one and they have to check the cameras. I love MDR. They always have what I'm looking for and are able to make custom medicine for me. They are fantastic with shipping, making it super easy whenever I need refills. Recently I had a great experience with Stephany and Kim. I had an issue where I needed same day pickup for a medicine I usually get somewhere else due to insurance, but they came to my rescue in a pinch! When faced with a huge bill for the uninsured meds, they advised me on how to work with my insurance--but soon after Kim found out my claim had miraculously come through! Orders came on time and well-packaged. When I placed the orders the employees were helpful. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because your after-hours employee taking calls/messages was incredibly rude. I'm not one to leave many reviews, but she was incredibly inpatient, unsympathetic, and then hung up on me. I asked what do we do in a situation where we need an emergency refill but it's the weekend, and I said, "can you help me with that?" And she said, "Help you with what?" So I repeated my issue about needing a refill over the weekend. She replied with, "I don't know anything. I only take messages." And I said, "I guess that won't work then since my message won't be received until Monday morning." Then I followed up with, "I guess just take my message then and I'll see what they say." And without hiding her attitude she said, "Too late. You already told me a message wouldn't help so I exited out of the screen. I can't go back unless you call again." Then she hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Your after-hours employees are still a reflection of your business. Please train them better and hire people with good customer service. read more

I made a purchase with Mayra. She made a mistake by charging me twice and has been so nonchalant about it and not responding to my messages or putting me on hold for over 10 min. I told her several times I couldn't call the bank, but she didn't listen and kept telling me to do so. I now have to take action for her mistake, which is so inconsiderate. What kind of customer service is this? She casually apologized, but has not shown any heartfelt concerns nor actions to compensate for the harm and loss, while this has caused me so much trouble and stress... The level of incompetence I have dealt with from this company leaves me questions whether they should be handling such sensitive items. I placed my order for my medication and it was expected to be delivered the following day to my office at 12:50. Lazy labeling of the package (not including the business name) resulted in my package taking a ride around town in a116 degree weather. I had to go pick up the package to avoid it spending the weekend in a FedEx warehouse. All my items were warm and the so called "ice packs" were nothing more than dry foam. Now, it's 3:30 am and I wake up thinking that I feel like something was missing in the package. I proceed to check and YUP! The most vital part, the last part of my medication wasn't even packed. I won't be using this pharmacy ever again. Given that you are handling such sensitive and expensive things for people you should really consider taking more pride in your work. This is not okay. Update: their tracking information for the new meds is going to the wrong address. At this point you have to wonder what in the hell they are doing over there. Not a complex job. read more

They are based in California but use a carrier that has to go out to Tennessee to sort and then distribute. So basically they are on the west and send everything across the country to then be shipped out everywhere. Waste of time. read more

This pharmacy did not pack one of my very important medications in a bag with ice. I only realized it was not packed in ice once I saw the medication in the corner of the box in a bag that said refrigerate. Once I called them and spoke to the pharmacist, they stated that the camera footage showed my medications being packed correctly. I asked to see the footage and they did not allow me to see it and on top of it they made me pay for the medication AGAIN. I'm not happy with their service at all. They should seriously figure out a way for patients to see video footage to verify if the pharmacy packages their medications correctly instead of giving them the run around and excuses. read more

Great experience. Grateful for the delivery service offered. All my medications arrived on time and were packaged accurately. Needed some extra medication later on and they were able to have that delivered same day. This is my first experience and not too familiar with pricing so I can't really speak on the value. So far so good! I was in easy communication with the MDR team by text message and e-mails. I received prompt responses during their business hours. I was never hounded like the other specialty pharmacy trying to get my business. When I asked about price matching, they beat the other pharmacies significantly! My medications were packaged well and arrived on time. It was really simple. I wish there was a way to log in to check my prescriptions but it's ok. This worked just fine.
