I've never lived in a small town but I imagine this place would fit perfectly in Mayberry USA. Straight forward in both the footprint of the store and the experience. It's a family run place and the owner knows how to treat his customers. He even followed up with a phone call about medication for my sister. Unheard of these days. I highly recommend!!!

These drs had my dog on antibiotics for over 30days !! As a result of this pharmacy's feedback, I found another Vet who saw no reason to continue the antibiotics and the 50 day long (!) Steroids. I'm extremely disappointed with the pricing practices at ABC pharmacy…read more I was initially quoted $365 for my methadone prescription, and when I called back just two weeks later, the price had jumped to $565 with no clear explanation. That kind of sudden increase is unacceptable. After doing my own research and calling around, I was able to get the exact same medication at another pharmacy for just $66. Methadone is a very inexpensive medication .20 cent a pill so this kind of markup feels excessive and, frankly, like price gouging. Patients rely on pharmacies for fair and consistent pricing, especially for essential medications. Situations like this create unnecessary stress and make it hard to trust that you're being treated fairly. I would strongly recommend that others call around and compare prices before filling prescriptions here. Oh, on top of that, the main reason why I'm recommending not going to them. They are rude mean men.

The store is very cleaned and organized inside. There wasn't that many guest inside and their pharmacy area was very quiet. They have a lot of different items in here so you'll likely find what you're looking for but the price will vary, it's usually on the higher end which is why I don't come to any CVS much. I found parking in the plaza just fine but if you come during the busy time then you might not find a spot.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy during my pregnancy…read more My OB prescribed prenatal vitamins when I was 15 weeks pregnant. At the same time, I was also prescribed calcium and vitamin D as separate medications. When I picked up my prescriptions, I received the calcium and vitamin D, but I never received the prenatal vitamins. Since I had never taken prenatal vitamins before, I genuinely thought the calcium pill was my prenatal vitamin, so I had no reason to think anything was missing. I didn't discover the mistake until about 4 months later, when I was 32 weeks pregnant. After I was diagnosed with anemia, my OB asked whether I had been taking my prenatal vitamins and iron. That's when we realized I had never been given the prenatal vitamins that had been prescribed. When I contacted the pharmacy, I was told they had two profiles under my name and that the person handling my prescriptions didn't see the correct one. At no point was I ever notified that my prenatal vitamins had not been dispensed or were still waiting to be picked up. Learning 4 months later that I had never been given my prenatal vitamins was heartbreaking and extremely concerning. While I understand that mistakes can happen, medication errors involving pregnant patients can have serious consequences.

30-year Valley resident here. I got tired of the lines at CVS and tried a few of the small…read morepharmacies up and down the boulevard, from Studio City to Tarzana. The best one I found was Rubio. On the phone or in the store, they've been consistently great. The employees are nice. The pharmacist will spend time with me if I have a question about a med. If I don't, I can get in and out fast. Drug co-pays are determined by my insurance plan, so it doesn't matter where I go in terms of price. I just get better service at Rubio than a CVS or a Walgreens.
