We had the old oak table, fancy felted chair with tucked corners &authentic nail patterns positioned and lit up; staged lamps & all... Reached out directly to Ruben and signed a contract for wedding video footage (which he already has) signed and paid in full November 2022. Have reached out 10+ times across social media and directly with no response. He is ghosting us. Lesson learned, never pay in full until services are rented. Its unfortunate that in this day and age services are becoming less reliable and people are just looking scam/make a quick buck. We will be taking him to small claims court and suing him to collect. We just want our wedding footage. DO NOT USE SYBEX, ITS A SCAM.
