To start off this place is clean and has a nice vibe to it. I was able to get an appointment through the yelp services option. The owner (I think she is the one who responded) answered within 5 minutes and was helpful. I went in for a pedicure. I got the premium pedicure which was $35 starting price. Then I decided to do French tip plus gel which brought my total to $55. I still think it was a good price for a gel pedicure. Tony was the one who worked on my pedicure. They were thorough, gentle, and quick. My pedicure lasted about 35-45 mins. They do accept card/cash/zelle. I think they prefer zelle, which I did pay through that method. Services here are very inconsistent. One time I went and got a pedicure, a manicure and waxing done and paid $74 before tip and the next time I went and just got a gel manicure and it was $34 before tip. My biggest gripe is the most recent time I went for a gel removal. I had the removal service done before and everything was removed from my nails and my nails were clean and moisturized. This time that was not the case at all. My nails are dried out and I still have nail polish on my nails. It's been a few days and I'm still peeling off old polish on my nails. The technician hit my skin with the drill multiple times and did not apologize. She put on this white gel that she again drilled off. I was so upset when I got back to my apartment because I could have just removed them at home and it would have looked the same. I would suggest just getting manicures and pedicures there and nothing else. read more

Heard about this spot when I saw them on social media and decided to stop by. The nail shop is your typical mom and pop like shop. I really liked that they have two people working on you so it took about an hour total for my time there. My pedi was just okay. I did get slightly cut on one of my toes and it didn't help that she put acetone on it while cleaning up the white polish. The person who did my fingernails was great! The shape was gorgeous and the color selection they have here is very different from ones at other spots. Love the natural color selections they have! Staff here is kind of friendly and kind of not, but I guess it depends on who you get and how social you are. This place is located in a small plaza with limited parking, but you could definitely get your nails done and a bite to eat next door afterwards! read more

I've been going here since 2020 and I'm sad to say that I won't be going back. There has been a large staff turn over and the new people are not as good. I've seen staff sitting and watching videos on their phone with the volume up when there were customers in the shop, i've had my cuticles cut back too aggressively to the point where they were sore and pinpoint bleeding, Approximately 2 weeks after my last visit I noticed that there was discoloration under the glittery polish I had on one hand. The dip powder popped off revealing a green discoloration of my nail and foul smell. I removed all the polish and found green discoloration on all the nails on one hand. I went to the doctor and they said that it was likely from the salon and for my nails to heal, I can't wear any nail polish until they fully grow out, which is going to be several months. I am extremely self-conscious for the way that my nails look right now, I work in a professional environment, and I do not like looking unkempt. It's really unfortunate that the quality has gone so far downhill because I was very happy getting service here for the last 3 years. read more

this was my first time coming here and I walked in at 1 PM and I was done at 3 PM. It took a while, but that was OK. It was expected but there were some issues that came up in the store that do not involve me personally so I understand the lag of time. The total was $73. when I was in there, there were actually two girls that dined and dash. And the owner took it pretty well, and it was shocking to see, but they should get the money back because the nails look amazing. The owner started me off by nail prepping and shaping and put on the acrylics, and then the other nail tech came, and did my other hand. It was very efficient and it was so odd for me to have both my hands being done at the same time, but it was a very cool experience. I didn't get the name of the nail tech who did my nails but they look fabulous. The shape of it and the color is what I wanted. although she did file my nails, a little too much that is started to hurt and I got nervous when she started filing more. And she accidentally did a chrome wrong the first time so she had to shave it down again and re-file again so that took a little longer than I expected. but it was worth it because the shape is more than perfect and the color is amazing. read more

From Cindy's attitude towards my friend, Cindy really doesn't need your business. My friend and our husband went to get pedicures. Coming from lake forest, there's plenty of places we can go. But my friend raved about this place so she booked basically a double date for us. From the spa aspect it was just your average pedicure. Nothing special. But Cindy is definitely a reason not to come. She has no problem picking fights and embarrassing customers. Over her stupid punch card. You really think I would come back because you wouldn't let me give my friend the punch credit and then called her out across the way to embarrass her. You must be delusional. I feel bad for her employees no matter how hard they work, she'll drive the customers away. I was already skeptical coming here cause I read the reviews before hand. Our appointments was still like 15 mins out and she's already blowing up my friend's phone. We weren't even late. Literally showed up five mins after, with 10 mins to spare. Cindy definitely needs to check her attitude. UPDATE EDIT: the business manager harasses you over your experience. This is my experience and it wasn't pleasant and the fact the they message you and demand who I am. I don't owe you anything. I wrote what experience and if you don't like what i wrote, do better instead of arguing with me. Giving some bs excuse for everything. Anyways. I'm not coming back and recommend if you like a relaxing experience this is not the place. UPDATE: This gets better, she texted my friend who made the appointment to get her to get me to change the yelp review. What kind of person does that?
