Recently had a cleaning and was extremely satisfied with the treatment and care I received from the entire staff. Tiffani was my hygienist and did an outstanding job and was very caring and welcoming. 3 cavities were found and Christie was able to find a spot for me the very next week in their very busy schedule. Dr. Kuebler did a phenomenal job and is an extremely knowledgeable and energetic young dentist. Normally it takes several shots to numb my mouth whenever I need work done and he was able to numb me up with only a couple. Didn't feel a thing and was very satisfied with the whole experience from the time I called for an appointment to walking out the door. Needless to say, I have found my dental office for the foreseeable future and could not recommend this practice any more highly. read more

Just moved to IL and had to look for a new dentist for the family. Picked Dr. Kuebler for convenience. Boy, did I hit jackpot....First impression, called the office and Christie who helped me on the phone was super professional and friendly. You can see her smile through the phone. She followed up (2 days straight) as promised and booked the kids appointment within the same week. 2nd impression, walked into the office and was greeted with a smile even with masks on. The front desk were extremely friendly. 3rd impression, the hygienists for both kids were professional, easy-going, and very friendly. My little guy, who is 4 years old, had never gone to the dentist before. Super proud, because he did an amazing job, which means, the staff did an incredible job. He sat through the whole cleaning procedure. Last impression, met Dr. Kuebler, who was AMAZING. He had great poise, he was very professional, yet had a fun, energetic and easy-going attitude. You can tell that Dr. Kuebler had patience with kids, and that he loved what he did. He was very reassuring about the check-up. Lastly, this office does an amazing job at giving service. I stated seeing Dr. Ricard several years ago, and was so impressed with his compassion and the staff's happy, smiling attitudes. Since Dr. Ricard left the practice, I've been seeing Dr. Kuebler. He's so kind, funny, and full of energy! I actually enjoy visiting with him during my appointments. The office is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and state of the art. The staff are both friendly and on top of things. Really appreciate that they offer hours on Saturdays: went in on a Saturday morning, and everyone was bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and raring to go! Dr Ryan has been my dentist for the last couple of years. I've tried a couple of different ones in the past, but they didn't have the vision! Dr Ryan has been methodically helping me to improve the health and appearance of my teeth, and I couldn't thank him enough. Bright smiles start within and ever since coming to Meadow Lake my smile's been megawatt! The staff here are warm and welcoming, there's always some delicious smelling candle burning and relaxing music playing while I'm being worked on. The office is spacious, bright, and clean, with beautiful picture window views. I love it here. Special shouts to Christie, Jessica, KiLee, Tiffani, Connie & Rebecca. I love going to this practice! My entire family sees Dr. Rickard and his team. Everyone is super friendly, the office is beautiful and they get me in on time. I had to have a couple fillings done when I was in for my cleaning. They were able to fit me in right then and there which is great for my busy schedule! The hygienist, Sonya, actually got me to start a new habit - flossing - and I couldn't be happier. I recommend this office to anyone! My favorite dentist in the Aurora area. My younger sister called 1-800 dentists and found this dentist Paul Rickard D.D.S. When she moved away, then I too was looking for a dentist and she referred me to him. I've been with him for since 90's. His crew is super friendly and very professional. Also they will make your stay very comfortable by even changing the radio for me to Chicago's Smooth Jazz WNUA. I've even had my niece & nephew use him instead of seeing another dentist. I enjoyed our talks before the work on my teeth started. Also he has a bowl of toothbrushes on the receptionist desk as you leave to pay on your bill . And in the bathroom there is another small bowl of toothbrushes & mini toothpaste. In October he actually had orange toothbrushes with black bristles. I still have it. Hadn't gone to the dentist in about a year, went in for a checkup and cleaning and it was a great experience. The staff there is so friendly and helpful and Dr was awesome! Makes you feel so comfortable. I was told I had a cavity on a root and of course I panicked. But It was a very good experience and I am very pleased with how my tooth looks. read more

I had a great first visit with Meadow Lake. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly, and Dr. Rickard was great.

Our family have been Dr.Paul Rickard's patients for a few years and today when I went for my son's visit I saw a Dr.Ryan Kuebler's name on the door of the practice.I walk in asking if they are hiring a new dentist. To my surprise My dentist Dr.Rickard is no longer working there. the patients were not informed by mail that we will be seeing a new doctor . When I checked with Chris and Christie at the front desk they said this is a new situation for them and they are handling the unexpected. When I probed more they informed Dr.Rickard left a few days before christmas. My son's appointment was scheduled earler this month and they did not inform about the new change . As i walk in with the dental assistant lindsay and inform her about my disappointment she tells me that there was orders from their management not to inform existing clients over the phone about the change in dentist till they come for appointment. I expressed that I am disappointed in the unethical practice by the corporate and its a breach to right of information. I found that as a mental abuse of patients setting them up on a blind date with random dentist. Then story unfolds this way the filling in dentist( Dr.Kuebler apparently was on vacation that was also not told when i called early Jan 18 morning to confirm my appointment at 5.30) walks in and offers me 250 dollars towards my bill for having to put up with the unethical abusive corporate practice. It was an invisalign follow up for my son I waited 40 mins beyond my appointment waited for the doctor who introduced himself as Mike . I politely declined the 250 dollars as I felt offended that the practice tried to buy me out for their unethical approach to keep people in the Dark. read more
