The issue started when they started to numb the area in my daughter's mouth. They said it would only numb that one tooth and that it wouldn't hurt her. Well that was a complete lie! It took them over 4 min trying to numb that area while the doctor constantly kept saying almost done, lil pressure, etc. I had to tell them to stop as my daughter was crying in pain and she has a HIGH level of pain tolerance! I have no clue how much longer it would have taken them to numb 1 tooth if I had not stopped them. On the way out, Chris (aka Christina or Christie, not sure) was extremely rude. I wasn't even talking to her as the other lady was helping me but she decided to say "well dad wasn't being helpful in there". I was blown away by how rude she was when she wasn't even the one helping me. They ended up charging me $102 for nitrous oxide. I would not recommend this place to anyone and Dr. Panos needs to sharpen her clinical skills and people skills. Very disappointed that my daughter was under her care!! I called Dental Pointe and they got me in right away - evaluated my problem - wedged me between other patients (without inconveniencing other patients) - revealed my situation with x-ray photos - showed me their very competitive procedure costs - and asked if I wanted to go for it in about 20 minutes. Of course I did! Dr. Gangaji, the surgeon, did her magic and it was over before I felt any pain (individual differences could vary). The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

They knew exactly what and how to get her to open her mouth. She is also a cleft palate/lip baby who had plenty of people inside her mouth so she hates it with a capital "H". However, she did fine here. They were very patient with her and give amazing care. They had a little foam pad for her to lay down in while I held her lower half/feet. And they had upside down TVs playing to distract kids during their appointment. Overall, my daughter seemed to have love her appointment here and I am glad I found a location near home (and not in the city especially since that is here her cleft team is).

We have repeatedly encountered unprofessional behavior, including being spoken to in a condescending manner, interrupted, and even yelled at over the phone--making it nearly impossible to voice concerns or ask questions. Additionally, there have been ongoing issues with insurance billing. Despite confirming coverage and accurate information with both of our insurance providers, the office has continued to submit claims incorrectly. When we've tried to bring this to their attention, instead of resolving the matter calmly, we've received harassing and aggressive phone calls--sometimes while caring for our 2.5-month-old baby at home. Most concerning is the unwillingness of the staff to allow communication with a manager or the dentist when we requested help. Threatening to send a patient to collections while refusing to acknowledge or correct their own billing errors is unacceptable. Because of the repeated mistreatment and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning to this office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have billing concerns addressed, not ignored or escalated through hostile interactions.

I assumed if there was important information to be discussed, they would reach out via text or phone. Or better yet, they would ask my daughter to have a parent come in knowing she can't drive. So they must be in the parking lot. That way an adult can hear this important information. They only shared this with my daughter. We have no clue what happened to it. I can only guess she threw the bag away with the molds in it. Again she's 14. She probably retained 1/2 of the information they told her. The secretary explained to me if we had the molds we would have received a discount. Every little bit helps after you just paid a shit ton of money for braces. She explained to me without the molds it's full price. So I asked point blank how this is my fault. NOTHING was discussed with an adult. I didn't sign off on anything. She kept making excuses for their miscommunication. She was attempting to try and turn this conversation on me. I told her the problem I'm having is you keep trying to blame me, but as the parent who paid for this and was never once called or communicated with about the mold. Not emailed, not messaged....nothing. Is still having to pay for the lack of communication by the company. Bottom line beware of this company.
