Had to stay with family until they fixed it. A whole week!!! Did not reimburse us for the time out of our inhabitable unit. Luckily we had renters insurance and the bed and mattress was replaced. We should've known this was a horrible choice when after only being in the unit for a few days, the unit under us got raided!!! Please stay away from here. Especially since Jay is gone. They never get back to family members nor residents about anything, they never do anything that they are told to do such as writing prescriptions, checking on certain health issues that residents are having, etc., and they always rush through things and try to leave as soon as they come see the residents, but only come see residents once every 2-3 months!! I could go on and on about the terrible features of this facility and I would be 100% accurate because this is something I've heard MULTIPLE of the residents complain about or agree with, but I'm going to stop because you pretty much get the picture: this place needs to be shut down by the STATE!
