extreme warning i recommend no one to move this place. they have bedbugs, roaches& thieves. you put in a report. it takes a while till they get to you. i recently had to throw away. they do'nt kick out ththieves . especially when they see what they do. one of them stole from me while i was in the hospital last year. did'nt get put out till m arch of this year. theý donot care about their residents. at the end of the day. you are forgotten about. but you do have a handful of the residents. employees are like a revolving door. one minute they here. next minute they gone. they have one elevator barely working. residents are told not to say what' bad going on in here. just to let the outside world. think everything is good. but i'm letting youknow. it ain't. might sound good. is'nt always what its cracked up to be. i came here last year. to go forward. instead this place is a laugħing joke. this place need tough love, prayer, demolished & renovated. if you have any i mean any love ones staying in here. come get them. they need extreme help. if you looking for a place. this not it. keep looking. i know i am. worst place ever. read more

This facility is filthy!! This facility is literally INFESTED with roaches, bed bugs, and gnats from the top floor to the basement. The food is terrible, poorly cooked, and cheap. Then on top of that, the food ALWAYS runs out leaving other residents to starve. I have inside information about the staff as well that they are given BONUSES whenever they save money on buying the food that they buy, therefore incentivizing the director of the dietary department AND the managers to PURPOSEFULLY not spend an adequate amount of money when buying the food that they serve the residents. Majority of the dietary staff don't eat the food and wouldn't serve the food to their own children, yet they get paid to serve the residents that crap! And it gets better, the doctors? USELESS!! They don't do their jobs AT ALL and it's almost like they get paid to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The doctors are the worst doctors I have EVER dealt with IN MY LIFE!! They never get back to family members nor residents about anything, they never do anything that they are told to do such as writing prescriptions, checking on certain health issues that residents are having, etc., and they always rush through things and try to leave as soon as they come see the residents, but only come see residents once every 2-3 months!! I could go on and on about the terrible features of this facility and I would be 100% accurate because this is something I've heard MULTIPLE of the residents complain about or agree with, but I'm going to stop because you pretty much get the picture: this place needs to be shut down by the STATE! read more

This place is horrible, my friend is living there right now and he has not been there for a week and he has been treating terrible. He has severe chronic nerve damage from a situation that happened a couple years ago, now the nurse was not giving him the correct amount of medication , he told them that he was not getting the correct amount, just for that head nurse to call the police on him, he was not threating anyone, the police got there they was under the wrong impression that he was being violent, mind you he is in a wheelchair the police told him if he come back he will arrest him for assault. why?????? He was sent to the institution twice for nothing? Then you nurses are going to lie and tell institution, that he is refusing his medication. which is a ball face lie The nurses at this place don't care about nothing , they are just there to get a check. Either you guys need new staff or y'all just need to be reported because they way the staff is doing things I wont be surprised if someone got severely hurt and their care. read more

I'm an not sure how and the heck this facility got the rating that they currently have. This facility is a joke. It must be the workers posting these reviews, because there is no way they should ever get 4 stars when they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them just to post this review. My father was at this facility and suffered a fall they lied and said his skin was intact in their charting, but in reality my father fell and bust his head needed to go to the hospital and had to get 3 stitches, which they never called to inform me about. I found out my dad was in the hospital 2 days later. So you tell me how his skin was intact when clearly he had a gash on his head. The staff is unorganized, most of them have funky attitudes like your getting on their nerves and the facility itself is down right nasty. Thank GOD I was able to get my dad to a much better facility in Bridgeview. They lady over the residents finances is never at work. They always send you to voicemail where no one never returns the calls. When I cleaned out my dads room I found so many mice droppings it was ridiculous and it was everywhere. There is no business office there is only 1 number to this facility so they can reroute all call to these voicemails that I'm sure no one checks. Do not I repeat DO NOT send your family here send your family to Moraine Court Supportive Living which is an amazing facility that really takes care of your family. Don't be fool by the pics they posted on here that place is not clean like that. That office pic with the 5 or 6 chairs around the table is a mess boxes and crap everywhere. It looks like they use that room to eat lunch and talk on their cell phone. It stinks throughout that facility and get this when I was moving my dads clothes the lady on the elevator ask who was moving I told her my dad and she said that's right get him out of here this place is trash. This facility needs to fire everyone working there shut down and remodel not only the facility but the staff as well. They lucky I could not rate then -5 stars. read more
