It took more than 30 minutes. I ordered $5 crabs and had them sautéed. There's an extra charge. They came with a sauce. I ordered Buffalo butter. You can order whole crabs. The crabs were ok. They were meaty but I was looking for this great flavor and it wasn't there. I ordered a side of cajun seafood. Omg!! Omg!!!! There was too much cajun seasoning. I could not eat it. Overall I wasn't totally happy with the crabs. I'm not sure what all of the hype was about. I may go back to get whole crabs and make a sauce of my own.

I returned to the Crab Shack yesterday after seeing a revamped operation on social media and their website. We got two dozen and they were cooked perfectly. They also offer an extensive menu of steamed platters with the ubiquitous veggie trio. You can order on line or outside at the store. You can call but I had no luck with that. The young man who worked with me was nice and pleasant. I was allowed inside to look in the cases that had crabs of all sizes already cooked that morning as well as others cooked seafood items.
