The application of hair dye was messy and washing out my hair was very tense and harsh. The straightening of my hair was rough - and felt like something was scraping my hair verse smoothing it out. Fortunately, the color is nice but the path to get it was not pleasant. Then to get to the end and pay for it was a bit shocking. I'm fully aware of how much it typically cost because I've been having this done for so long , this time it was WAY over priced. The experience was not worth it!!!

I wanted a little bit shorter cut, a longer layered bob cut. I did not want a short cut, I made this clear at least twice. The cut had to be longer because I need to be able to pull my hair up when I work. It is imperative that I be able to pull my hair back. My stylist was very nice and talkative, but she just cut and cut and cut and I ended up with a cut that doesn't even touch my collarbones. I can't pull it back in an attractive way. This has made it impossible for me to look my best in a front facing job. It was cut at least three inches shorter than what I asked for and what I expected. I've had this problem at your salon before. One of the things that strikes me about hairstylists , and this is why I do not ever go to stylists unless I cannot avoid it... They don't listen! Now , I am going to be forced to try and find a way within 24 hours to fix this mess before I fly to the remote location where I'll be working this summer. Maybe I'll have to get a wig that I can wear so I can pull my hair back on shift. I know my hair will grow, but I didn't come in to receive (and pay $45 for) a cut that I "have to grow into." I am a 70 year old woman! PLEASE PLEASE ask your customers questions. Analyze their hair texture, keep them involved in the cutting process, and above all, LISTEN!!!. Not once did this lady show me how short it was getting. It's also piecey and chopped (layered?) and uneven on the sides. Wow. Truly disappointed and never coming back.

I arrived on time to find out my appointment was switched to some other stylist without notice. The owner Dianne blamed it on staff which should have been my first sign. Not a responsible owner or manager. I was upset because I live out of town and made the trip after a recommendation. I didn't want to come all the way back another day. I should have left but rather stayed for the other stylist that did good job on the back of my hair and was very kind. I drove all the way the next day to have corrections on my bangs because for that amount of money I was not going fix it myself. The charges are $60 for a cut plus a tip. The expectations are a bit higher when you pay $60.

I've never been one to get facials, really. I'd also look like crap for several days with the huge welts left from extractions as well as the bright red-red of my hyper-exfoliated face. I'd also drop over $100 on the product that was pushed on me, most of which I'd use a few times with limited success. This week I decided to try out Jennifer's new space at Studio 2, and she might just be the first aesthetician to convert me! The appointment itself was really nice: calming space, soothing (but not cheesy) spa music, gorgeous smelling skin care products, a pain-free eyebrow wax, and a phenomenal shoulder and scalp massage to round it all out. And my skin! Jennifer is equipped with the best tools of the trade to leave everything exfoliated and moisturized but not prey to day-after breakouts, sunlight sensitivity, or extreme redness. And she's a super nice person that I really enjoyed spending 90 minutes with. The day after my appointment, I had multiple coworkers tell me my skin looked amazing. I've never had someone compliment me on such a thing. But there you have it: they said that my complexion was "glowing." Four days later, everything still feels soft and moist and gorgeous. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal.

Rosalee is not just extremely well educated in her profession she is able to see what will make you look better which is not just a medical education but years of experience and an eye for beauty. No two faces are the same and she knows that. When I ask about what will work for me she is always great at explaining procedures and is very honest, she also never over does any procedure.
