Shall we go out doors and explore …read more While outdoors exploring this area of Boulder City came within close proximity to us. These days we are what we eat. So most of the time we eat like we should not, let's be happy, healthy and fun too all at the same time . Walking through and around this store is too exceptional, the people that work here are so "happy!" I cannot fathom how much they care. Actually I can . Love exists here and it's a place to food shop in the local area. I so enjoyed walking through the store and seeing all that is happening. They are veteran friendly and strong here. How patriotic!! As you shop it's seems like you can just experience so much joy walking up and down the aisles . At every turn is a different wonder that makes an impression on the individual. You have random dogs that are walking their owners enjoying being out. You have beautiful flowers that look great. What sort of plants do you need? It's that time of year for Halloween and they have pumpkins . Carve up a puzzle for all to enjoy. Let's go out and see what you were missing . And remember to have fun.

First night, I got juice, eggs(turns out bringing them to Williams AZ), mini croissants, strawberry, and Mexican Coca Cola, costed $27.95. Second night, I got mocha ice cream for dinner(eating alone in the Nissan Rouge), three bottles of Mexican Coca Cola( bringing back to China), and a jar of Kosher pickles, costed $17.44. It was my first Nevada supermarket shopping, very nice environment, and great people, even fresh flowers in the desert.

Just passing through!…read more While out on an adventure, we pass this little local grocery! The "real local," here in a sleepy little town. Wow it's a must see ! It's a great little grocery store with lots of local individuals that call this little town home . It's small and sleepy, and small . But this local neighborhood market has all that they need . It's not a Walmart or Kroger, but it's probably better . The neighborhood store where everyone knows your name . And all can keep a secret! Shhhh, this is not a secret . If you're in the area get your local supplies for the journey ahead to wherever your destination takes you . As we walked around the store we needed road snacks. We drifted to the bakery area where they had some sort of apple pastry. It had to come along for the trip . We did notice awards to the baking practices to those that cook for the community. Kudos . And those apple pastries were amazing. We are off to the races and have been able to spread the secret joys of this local market to you all . Stop in next time your in t

Meanwhile the local Lins in Overton NV is is remarkably high priced on staple foods. If it doesn't change these old folks are looking at starvation in the United States!!! This is not capitalism when your prices use no competitive edge but only money on the table as a philosophy. You should be ashamed.

I am not an employee of Walmart, I do not get an employee discount. So my question to you is why do I shop there if I do the work and take others jobs? I don't want to ring up my groceries, don't want to bag them, get checked as I leave your store. I don't mind people who are other than US citizens HOWEVER I expect people who can speak English when I ask a question in your store. If you want US dollars then pay English speaking people who can give "CUSTOMER SERVICE " and represent your store. I have never seen your groceries go down in price ever, always up!

I have held off on making a review until now because I like to ensure before I obliterate somebody…read morepublicly, that my findings are accurate and true. Let me first start by relaying an experience I had at this location with my elderly mom in April of 2025. We were in the shoe department and my mom suddenly lost her balance and fell. She was unable to stop herself and violently cracked her head open on the concrete floor. I rushed over to her to provide assistance and began screaming for help. One associate showed up and shortly after, someone of a manager looking status showed up with an iPad and instantly asked me to start filling out an accident report. I asked her if she was crazy because clearly my mom needed assistance and I would like them to call 911. She persisted with the request for the accident report, so annoyed, I began to fill it out on her iPad while I sat behind my mom trying to hold her up because she looked like she was going to pass out. She was bleeding from the head. The other associate brought a motorized cart and helped me get her into the cart. Because nobody bothered to call Emergency Services even after I requested it two separate times, I drove her to the emergency room myself. I would say that this probably wasted about 20 minutes of valuable time and I mentioned that because my mom is still feeling the effects of her fall 8 months later. When I reached out to Walmart corporate, they were unwilling to do anything. I didn't even receive what I would consider to be well wishes for recovery. I tell the story now because something very similar happened to another individual at the same location yesterday. She was also elderly and fell and broke her clavicle. Supposedly, nobody came to help her as well and she ended up having to take her own groceries out to her car. We have also witnessed another incident where an elderly woman fell just outside the store in the crosswalk of the parking lot. People were crowded around her and thankfully somebody called emergency services, but in the meantime, there was not one single Walmart badge to be found. This location, if you are not familiar with it, is located in a predominantly retirement community. It is an unfortunate fact that we encounter elderly individuals that fall relatively frequently in this community. It is absolutely abhorrent and disgusting that a large retailer like Walmart cannot provide its customers with at least somewhat respectable assistance. I don't know if this is just an issue locally on the individuals that this location is hiring as employees or if this is a company-wide deficiency, but regardless, it is unacceptable. I am 47 years old and it is wildly depressing to consider the future of my husband and I when we can see now that compassion and basic human decency isn't evident. This location needs to do much, much better... otherwise, I suspect they will have a sizeable lawsuit in their future.

I got a premade Italian sandwich for $7 that was actually quite big and very tasty! And I got a $2 bag of salad - ate half of each for dinner, and the other half the next day for early breakfast before going to the national park. They do also have a limited beer/wine section; I found a voodoo ranger imperial IPA which I had with my sandwich once I got to my airbnb. Overall, was an A1 dinner. The staff were friendly too, and plenty of parking in the lot! Bathroom was reasonably clean.
