All of the vendors were friendly and gracious with their samples. Hummus by Dad's Best Hummus, using an authentic recipe straight from Lebanon. "Fresh Organic Hummus for a Healthier You" consists of Organic Garbanzo Beans, Organic Tahini, Organic Extra Virgin Cold PrOlive Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Citric Acid, & Fresh Garlic. He served it on Morton's glutenfree crackers. Yummy! Rebel Cheese, with their amazing "not cheese" creations, including Cave-Aged Brie, Smoked Cheddar, Truffle Chèvre, Pepper Jack, and Gruyère. How do they do it? Kelly's Killer Popcorn (Scary Good Gourmet Popcorn) comes in a variety of flavors: Cheddar Cheese, Dill Pickle, Queso Blanco, and Boney Sopapilla Caramel. I preferred the savory varieties. Trek Natural Foods showcased many of its spices in cooked and raw foods: salads, hummus, wings, dips and squash. Creature Coffee was there, serving a variety of coffees and matcha beverages. Felafelicious - their name says it all! They had felafel samples that were wholesome, simple, and delicious. This authentic falafel is a vegan, gluten-free, high-protein, and high-fiber snack. They had a nice crunchy outside and soft inside. Kessho Artisinal Chocolates offered a variety of unique Asian-inspired flavors like dark chocolate with yuzu, black sesame, and matcha. That's just a sampling of the vendors. It was a great experience and started the holiday season.

I was looking for some lip balm that my parents used and which I had taken from their apartment after they died to remember them by. I was running out and stopped by the pharmacy to see if they had anymore that I could buy since it helped me remember them during the grieving process. They didn't have any at the store saying they no longer carried that lip balm and offered me an alternative but when I told them I was looking for that particular one since it reminded me of my departed parents, several staff asked me to wait and they went into their warehouse to see if they could find me any remainders. Luckily they found a few and wouldn't take any compensation for them. You are lucky to have a store like that in Austin with such compassionate staff.

Instead of delivery I opted to stop in to check it out. The center also has an almost overwhelming selection of top-tier supplements, IVs and holistic services. The good news is they have knowledgeable people there to help answer my questions. Thanks for taking care of the community, Alive and Well!

We went on a Saturday night and it was very well lit, although the deli offerings looked a little bit sad. Service was standard Whole Foods behavior with self check out, seating outside and in the area to dine or take your food out to go! I'm grateful to have a store close enough to my house that delivery is available. The one thing I can say (having shopped at this store for over a decade) is the staff provides the most amazing customer service. Stellar! I recently placed an order to get a few specialty food items to enjoy on the holidays solo. [NOTE: When you shop through Amazon Prime any items shopped as "unavailable" are replaced by an Amazon automatic algorithm and you literally only have 90 seconds to accept or deny via text. Not the store's fault, but very annoying.] On this particular order, the algorithm replaced a meat product with a dessert. Hilarious. Knowing the time restrictions, I immediately called the store. I had called late the previous evening to make sure they had plenty of the product in stock and was assured they did. I was told that there was nothing they could do, as the order had already closed. I kindly asked to be escalated to an e-commerce rep. Kai (and other staff) successfully found the item I desperately wanted for the occasion and added it to my order. :) For any other person, and especially during any other time of year, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal at all. To me this year, during this time, it was and is. So thank you so much Kai et al for helping me make the best time of the holiday season that I planned for myself. Joy to the world! Sometimes the smallest things mean the most. Cheers!
