The "fish" was crispy seasoned so well and even had great mouth feel. She somehow had seaweed attached that really gave you the fish essence. The gumbo was incredibly textured like a meat gumbo would be. I can't tell you exactly what was used but there was a veggie in there with the texture of chicken, sausage, shrimp, and crab. Sweet potato fries with powdered sugar and caramel sauce on the side was like having dessert first. The batter on the fries was crisp and full of flavor. Almost couldn't stop after one. The sauced fries were great as well - just prepare to get "sticky fingers." Now on to the entrees. The vegan Philly cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were well sautéed and flavor able while delivering a little heat to keep your destructive taste buds from devouring the sandwhich too quickly. The vegan meat itself was almost indistinguishable from real meat per my wife - and I would have to agree. The wings were crisped nicely and the sticky sauce was very delicious. So I sent a check and a week later I get the cutesy happy notice that the package is on its way. They totally fooled me. My account was paid in full when I attempted to cancel but they deceptively got one more payment out of me despite my clear direction to cancel. Lesson learned. There doesn't seem to be any way out of this service once started. Take the warning.
