Knowing that my grandfather had utilized Henderson Brothers during his life (which, considering he passed 15 years ago from complications due to Alzheimer's, would have been at least 25 years ago), my mom reached out to them. They took into account the fact that my mom is elderly, at high-risk, and didn't have the ability to easily stay elsewhere as her house baked in the heat. They had a tech out within 4 hours, and had the issue resolved less than 2 hours after that. It was an uncomfortably hot day for mom, but it could have been so much worse. Where I live, getting an HVAC tech out at this time of year is normally a 4-6 week wait. I know they must be insanely busy as well, but I'm so grateful to Henderson Brothers for actually caring enough to consider the circumstances (instead of robotically quoting "normal" lead times), and taking care of an elderly community member in need with few viable options at her disposal.

He would show up one day a week, mid-morning, stay 2 hours, say he's going for parts, come back between 3 & 5, stay another hour, then leave. He always had emergencies, an emergency funeral, a last-minute son in town, etc. All he was good at was complaining and needing money. He is very expensive!! He came highly recommended. I will not wish him on anyone. We paid for a complete system that is not working. DO NOT USE HIM. He will only toot his horn, saying he's got all these experiences yet, 4 months later, he cannot figure out that the problem was his installation. He destroyed property for the sake of installing, stating the builders did not allow more space. He caused a leak, which he turned around and blamed on me when he should have properly installed/connected the ducts and pipe. He caused me to incur additional expense. My AC runs but does not cool because it's not installed correctly. I cannot turn on my furnace come wintertime because there is a leak in the unit in the attic, in addition to the duct not being installed correctly. My attic is a hazard!! This guy still insists that his work was done correctly. We've asked for a portion of our money back to get someone else to fix everything, but he claims we will void the warranty.
