I'm so glad that Chris found the issue and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We're canceling our Bell Brothers service and going with Delta Sierra Mechanical! We learned about the Federal tax credit that expires at the end of this year & all the new regulations for Title 24 in California. We decided to upgrade our system now instead of next year because of the higher costs in 2026 for all the new rules & regulations. We decided on a RUUD heat pump system from Love's Air. They were great with the entire process from financing to installation. The day of the install Love's text me a photo of one of the installation team members, Xavier. Followed shortly with a phone call from him. Xavier, Wyatt, & Tim all arrived on time as scheduled. They explained everything about the installation & each went to work with their assigned duties. Every team member was respectful & took excellent care of our home. Floor & shoe covers, furniture & clothes were covered anywhere near the areas they were working. Took about 6 hours to demo the old system & install the new one. Everything step was thoroughly explained as they worked through the day. The new system included a Nest thermostat & as Xavier helped me setup the Google Home app, Wyatt & Tim cleaned up everything. Swept up the driveway & left the home cleaner than when they arrived! We couldn't be happier with our new heatpump & it's worked perfectly for 2+ weeks. We've had the first of 2 inspections completed with no issues. We've can't recommend Love's Air enough & extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship & professionalism of the entire team at Love's Air!

If you buy a house, you may not know who installed it. Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

Scott was amazing and found the problem right away. The wires were twisted at the bottom of the unit. David explained the difference in the units we could choose from for this size house. A quiet A/C was important to me and my boyfriend wanted all the ducts under the house replaced. Vents pipes where replaced and different duct sizes were strategically placed under the house. The air conditioning unit is so unbelievably quiet. I love it! It feels good to turn on the heat/air and know it is blowing clean in the house. A big upgrade after 33 years! Hopefully this efficient system will bring down our PGE bill. 4/5: Took 3 visits for the technicians to figure out what was wrong with HVAC…read more Juan came out first and thought it was the thermostat, I didn't think so because the code that keeps lighting up on my HVAC was 26, from the blinker light message which is the burner unit. Before the technician came out, I did tell Air Tech scheduler that I have to leave by 1130am that day for work and technician came around 9am. Anyway, when I got home from work, the heater didn't turn on because thermostat was set to a specific temperature and inside the house was at least 4-5 degrees colder. Over the weekend, I left a message and I think it was Kim who called back. 2nd Technician came out and it was Nathan. He had to leave and problem wasn't solved and he ran out of time and had to come back again which he needed authorization for so I don't have to keep paying for the same visit when the problem wasn't solved. 3rd Visit: Nathan figured it out and solved it. It did took them 3 visits which was almost 6 hours of my time with approx. 2hrs each time. I'm just glad Air Tech's technicians figured it out finally and didn't go with the MOST Expensive solution for the client first. I tried a different company before Air Tech and they definitely went with a more expensive solution to my HVAC problem. Overall, I'm still pleased with Juan and Nathan that they were able to solve my HVAC problem of why the heater wasn't turning on. I waited 2 weeks before giving a review to make sure my HVAC is working fine, which it is and that's what mattered most to me. The technicians were great! Knowledgeable and both Juan and Nathan didn't mind answer ALL my questions on HVAC and taught me few tips. I gave 4 out 5 because it took them 3times.
